Went on the app pick up and it took 40 minutes to get food. Plus ordered a DrPepper and first didn’t bring one out after 10 minutes they bring out a Diet Coke and the caramel frappe wasn’t full. Just didn’t like the attitude or the fact that the app is supposed to right when you supposedly get it in a timely manner. Got to the house and the food isn’t even cooked 🤷♂️

The customer service tonight was absolutely horrid. Placed order through app, it took me 45 minutes to get up there, and upon arriving was parked being told that they had just received my order 2 minutes prior. When I responded with disbelief, the female manager instantly became rude, and responded with an obvious attitude, upon receiving my food, I tried to smile and make a joke about my dog and the plain sundae I had got her, and the cashier with the headset just shoved the bags out the window, turned on heel and slammed the window shut. Excuse me for finding it difficult to believe that it took 45+ minutes to receive that online order. Extremely disappointed in the level of service, they usually do better than that. While we are on that subject, the food has CLEARLY been sitting for a little while… you can ABSOLUTELY tell the difference between FRESH and something that has sat for about 45 minutes 🤷♀️
Mobile order:Had my nugs hot and ready as soon as I walked in... Didn't leave me waiting there or anything, as soon as I stepped into the door a very nice lady asked me how she could help me. 5 star,
