This place has the most rude employees, even the manager in the afternoon. Because they messed up my order they took it upon themself to cancel it then my money never showed back up in my credit card. I will never go back there again

Ordered door dash didn't get large fry and my cheeseburgers had no burger.
This place really seems to struggle with getting orders right. I go early in the morning for coffee, which is always right, and the staff is very happy. However, in the evening, they can't seem to get the order right. They're willing to fix errors, but can't get it right in the first place. We even got a burger with no meat on it. I understand they stay busy and have a lot of orders, but that just seems careless. I recommend going here, but check your order before you leave with it.

Attempted to get the 10 piece chicken nugget for $1. as advertised on tv. Guess what, you must download the app & participate in a bunch of their programs. This was not included in the commercial. Plus you only get 1 sauce portion. If you want more than 1 you have to pay 50 cents for each one. This is one reason McDonald's customers are flocking to other real restaurants, ie chili's, applebees, etc.

Customer service was horrible, waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes at the ordering screen to be passed up by 4 cars in the other line, the girl on the headset stated that she wasn’t able to take anymore orders due to being backed up even though she was the same person on the headset taking orders for the other drive thru line, we asked if the kids could get a toy for the wait and they refused because they didn’t have enough toys to be able to just hand them out for free. We were pulled to wait on our food and the wrong order was brought out 3 different times before we finally got ours. The chicken nuggets that we ordered were luke warm and the fries were cold and we waited over 30 minutes to get chicken nuggets and fries. The lady named Karen was rude when it came to my 4 year old crying that he was hungry and wanted a toy and we had waited so long.
