Just wanted to give a compliment to the manager working April 5th morning. My coworker and i ordered delivery from a different location, McDonald’s on Jackson st. Well Jackson St left a whole meal out of the order and had taken their phone off the hook, as i tried several times to call and just got a busy signal. So i called Clarks River road to see if they could put me in contact with a GM. This manager went above and beyond and had her employee deliver my meal, even though it was not their mistake. I really appreciated that, as i could not leave work. Hence why we paid delivery fees in the first place. Will now place any future order this location

They gave me the wrong order and remade my original order other than that the manager seemed friendly but they lady on the drive thru speaker had a rude tone to her voice.Kid-friendliness: Every McDonald's I see looks like it's going through a mid life crisis. They look bland and uninviting. As a kid I would enjoy going to McDonald's as an adult it just looks deppressing

First time I've eaten here in 2months I stopped going cuz of food quality and bad service. But a coworker wanted to go on our lunch break 7pm, And he instantly regretted his decision to eat at Southside McDonald's the moment I pulled away from the drive thru window and his large shamrock ☘️ milkshake imploded in his lap and all over my floorboard, the lid wasn't on all the way and the whole side of the cup split open . And guess what in typical McDonald's fashion there wasn't one single napkin in our bag. And they got the rest of the order wrong. I didn't get the managers name but he was useless and and had a patchy joe dirt beard. I will never eat there again

Drive thru second window. He hands me the bag tried to ask for jelly for my mcgriddle or sugar for the hot tea. He just shut the window I sat for a moment. He never returns ?

Portion sizes have gotten ridiculous! Burritos have been reduced by 1/3, or more. It looked like it had been wadded up, too. Burgers are way smaller than the buns. Seldom given any coupons. Next time, GO TO HARDEE'S! ?

Food is usual, service was terrible. Waited 15 min for couple drinks, they made one mocha frap but forgot my coffee. They did not acknowledge that my order was ready I had to asked and when I asked for the coffee they gave me a old cold coffee from there I didn't bother to complain I didn't want to wait again just got out and left.
