Quite possibly the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. The food was hard, over fried, and tasted like it had been sitting there for days waiting for us to arrive.

I stop here for coffee and an occasional shake, it's in a convenient location in Lone Oak, everything's good with the food, the service is great, however, the restrooms are often a mess, which is not expected for a McDonalds, most other locations keep their restrooms clean, that's why I give this one three stars. It's not the best McDonald's I've been to, but it's certainly not the worst.

The worst service YOU WILL EVER GET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve went to McDonald’s my WHOLE LIFE and since I’ve moved back to Paducah 3 years ago, they have messed my VERY simple order up 90 percent of the time. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! And when I ask them to correct it they get RUDE and mean. This time I had them fix it and THEY STILL messed it up IN THE SAME WAY!!! After work and my only food was nearly inedible. No cheese, only onions. THATS IT?!?!?! NOT Exaggerating AT ALL!
Went there on 9/14/25 at around 815pm most of the tables had trash on them and most of them needed to be wiped down the play area tables were gross where we couldn’t even go in there so the kids could play while we were waiting on our food
