I use the McDonald's app and customize my burgers most of the time. No pickles, extra onion. Nothing complicated. I check out my burgers, I might have six pieces or less of dehydrated onion on my burgers. Very disappointed! The ticket on the wrappers clearly state how the burgers are supposed to be customized. I took pictures. Somebody, please show these people how to wrap a burger. It's not supposed to be wadded in paper. Take some pride in your work!!!

Terrible drive thru service!!!! Got an attitude from the lady before she even opened the window, she gave us the dirtiest look then was rude when speaking to us! I don’t know the girls name but we came through around 4:30pm on February 19th took us 10 minutes to get FRAPPUCINO, with no whip cream and no drizzle!! Two cars came through got their food before we got ONE thing! Have your employees do better 🤷🏼♀️

For over a week now I pull up asking for French vanilla cappuccino and they would say they were out but would get the shipment that night. 3 times in over a week the same excuse. Borrow some from a nearby store! The lady on the intercom wasn't happy when I said they just told me the same time 3 days earlier. I will just go to scooters next door and move along. Life moves on and so does my money.

This place was the worst experience I have ever had the girl at the window was rude and could not understand my simple words this McDonald’s needs to get a management and learn how to tell the difffernce between two double cheeseburgers from a Big Mac. I ordered two cheeseburgers and instead they gave us a Big Mac. I also ordered fries and it was mores soggy then a dogs balls. There was NO slat on the fries and it was overall the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever seen.

Place was a mess, took forever to get our food and the place was pretty much dead. Just didn't understand why it was like that.
Ordered our breakfast at 8:53 am and did not recieve it until 9:23 am, there were people standing in line waiting to be helped but the workers didn't care. A customer asked me how long I've been waiting and I told him just about 30 minutes and it's getting ridiculous, some rude employee said that's not our fault. Mind you this was the McDonald's in lone oak, workers just slapping food together and not wrapping it properly, not even using gloves when handling the food?? How do we know their hands are clean?? I would not recommend visiting this location
