Worst service you can possibly get!!!! Lone Oak Rd McDonald’s. 😡 🤢

Service was absolutely horrible. They where completely out of carbonation for fountain drinks and didnt warn anyone as they bought their drinks. I bought a drink and no one thought to warn me the carbonation is out and management didnt offer anything to correct the issue and didnt offer a refund or anything.

20 minutes ww waited. I finally went in and asked how much longer before our food was done. He said oh I forgot and started to throw a few wraps in. I said no we'd like a refund please.

They absolutely never get my order right as in if I ask for a cheeseburger plain, it has everything, I usually order for 3 and they always leave something out. I use to order a double cheese burger meal, last 3 times the girl has rudely told me they didn't have one. But as my grandkids play soccer we are always stopping at the one close to the soccer fields and they always get everything right, and I get a double cheese meal with no problem.

I got a 40 piece nuggets. Pull down to the last window by accident. Called the number let them know super nice people. They cook my nuggets fresh.

I’d say it’s your typical McDonalds, but this one in my opinion is slightly below standards. All the tables had food and crumbs on them, and the floor was a sticky hot mess. The kids play area was by far the worst. Being yelled at as soon as we enter to place your order on the kiosk was less than pleasant and then I was told the order would be brought to my table, instead they just call out names and anyone could grab the food. What’s the point in the table numbers if you are just going to make me get up to get the food? This was also around 11am on a Sunday so no excuses for the disgusting table/floors

The food was good, fresh and didn’t mess anything up. This place is total chaos, 15 employees and no one knows what’s going on. They put my food on the counter without my drink then you have to stand for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come back overall I would stop again.

Order a fish sandwich no cheese. They almost got it! So close! I realize it’s a fast food place but still try to have some pride in your work. Maybe next time

Honestly, we haven't eaten at McDonald's in years, but my son was begging to try the chicken strips. The blonde woman that took our order was very helpful and polite. The food was good and the mcflurry machine was working!
I miss the play places in the McDonald’s so much I miss them having those this is the only one I know of I love it!

I've only ever used the drive through but it's always a really smooth experience. The mobile app pairs well with knowledgeable staff. I frequent this establishment before work during the weekdays and I've never had a bad experience.

We came from the hospital and bought Big Mac, 2 hamburgers, fries, 2 vanilla milkshakes & a frap. My hamburgers were contaminated by having lettuce on it wilted and it's just regular hamburger only. Later when we got home we got sick, throwing up and diarrhea. Terrible place to go. I'm still burping and throwing up the vanilla milkshake. Never going to that McDonald's ever Again! 😡

Ordered ahead on the app, and it took 20 minutes from the time I arrived for someone to bring my food out, straws were missing from our order and the guy that brought out the food seemed very nonchalant and not in a rush to bring my food to me
