I ordered a 10-piece chicken McNugget meal and then use 6,000 points for another 10-piece McNugget I did not get the second one every time I go here something is missing I didn't even get a straw as usual do not go here

First they had no idea where any order went and tried to hand us like 3 different orders walking around clueless and my fries were cold well one order the other order wasn't done and for some reason stacking a sandwich is so difficult I shouldn't have to take my sandwich apart and put it back together to eat it it's unacceptable service so I will add this one to the list of McDonald's I won't be going back to

Be careful putting in a breakfast mobile order after 10:00. Arrived well before 10:30 waited in line for more than 10 minutes and was told it's too late. I already paid and talked to the window before 10:30.

Waited about ten minutes after ordering on kiosk. Saw mcmuffin being made...lady carried it around in her hand while talking on the phone. Was barely warm by the time I got it. I told her I had been there for over ten minutes. She said she had also...not sure what that meant. There seemed to be a lot of employees although e eryone was very slow pace and not much was getting done. Had to be very poorly managed.

Doordasher here trying to pick up an order, was denied entry to the lobby at last minute, and was forced to be in a line for over 20 minutes with not that many people even in the line! I hope corporate sees this message and fixes this for any future people, also worry for my customer because of all of the bad reviews here...
Ordered on the app 10 minutes in advance of arrival, no one behind me in the drive thru and I was asked to go to a parking place and it was 10 more minutes waiting on 3 happy meals, nothing special, no changes to the normal order. 2 different employees came with bags and asked me what I ordered and went to the next car. Why order on the app? Why would I think my order would get to me quicker if I ordered in advance of my arrival... Not fast food (I was not the only car to be asked to pull up, or go park

Had the best experience this morning at 05:30 am. Great customer service, super outgoing, friendly bubbly and helpful. I'm from Kansas, but next time I'm here I'll go again. Would like to give 10 atars

Walked in a there was no line. Waited nearly 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Placed my order, was handed a cup and went to get my drink. Napkins were everywhere, there was no ketchup in the dispenser. The entire section was a mess of spilled drinks, melted ice. Then a young kid comes up and places his shoes on the counter. I go to counter and inform the staff. After a 13 minute wait my warm food arrived. I look over and counter was still a mess. After eating I went and reported this to manager and looked back in the kitchen and it was in the same condition as the counter. This is a nice restaurant, but the management needs to find other employment opportunities. They clearly don’t know how to manage.
