I am typically not the type to leave a bad review, to be honest I don’t know that I have ever left a bad review. I understand how difficult it is to work in the service industry and how hard it can be to appease people in this day and age. However, when the norm has become a minimum 20% gratuity on a meal please if you cannot remember an order take the time to write it down. I would rather see you with a pen and pad than pay $20+ dollars to eat a pizza I didn’t order.
we ate 6 29 24 at 330 pm . the place was filthy and hot . the hostass didn't speak left to clean a table and never came back . finally another hostess setted us . the food ordered came out 25 minutes different for the 2 orders. the manager didn't care. Larry simply went and set at bar and laughed with friends. its a shame to see the cluster that restaurant is in . the food was good once we got it. so bad none extinct management. we have eaten at Gatlinburg and bowling Green....read full review
We are from Chicago, so pizza is a big deal for us. This place had really good cheesy bread, and surprisingly good pizza! The large selection of toppings offered was great. Prices were good. The waiter was really nice. 5 out of 5!
