Stopped here for dinner on our trip to/ from Florida. Excellent pizza with a nice place to sit and eat with good service. Would recommend for lunch or dinner

I came in with my friends and we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 pizzas and then we waited 30 minutes just to not receive the pizzas and the restaurants idea was too just take the pizzas off the check and not serve them. Very disappointed. Instead of making the pizzas they just gave us our check and expected us to pay and leave.

I am typically not the type to leave a bad review, to be honest I don’t know that I have ever left a bad review. I understand how difficult it is to work in the service industry and how hard it can be to appease people in this day and age. However, when the norm has become a minimum 20% gratuity on a meal please if you cannot remember an order take the time to write it down. I would rather see you with a pen and pad than pay $20+ dollars to eat a pizza I didn’t order.

First time going to Mellow Mushroom so we wanted to try a small variety. My mother and I got a large camelized onion, ground beef, and mushroom trio pizza. My neice ordered a pan pineapple (yes it belongs on pizza), olive and . . . (I forget the last topping). My wife ordered the All American Burger with tots and a pan cheese (since she wanted to try the pizza as well but doesnt like onions so wasn't wanting to try ours.)
Our waitress (who's name eludes me at the moment at the moment as I do these reviews in bulk when I remember to/get a chance) was very friendly she was attentive and her first night closing (we got there at 9 with them closing at 10 [last minute idea / late night craving]). She refilled our drinks and took our order and was patient when my mother and I debated our last topping.
The only reissue that arrose would be my wife found a short black hair in the middle of her burger (which the manager kindly removed from the check), but the bite she and (also myself as she offered) sort of left us lacking anyways as it was "just a burger." It sort of tasted well. . . Like a bog standard no frills burger no (if any seasoning just. . . Ground beef and fixings) luckily she got the pan cheese pizza which she very much enjoyed. My mother and I loved our shared pizza with leftovers as well did my neice.
As a side note my mother ordered a twisted bite (a holloween inspire cocktail) and with the drink I had we both found it very smooth and refreshing.
P.S. Was REALLY looking forwards to trying the "Mellow Mushroom" pizza as it had like 7 variety of mushrooms however it seems as though I missed my chance as it was discontinued and replaced with the "Holy Shitake." *sadness.*
Vegetarian options: I mean not much to say its a pizza place so. . . . It has veggies as an option for toppings.
Kid-friendliness: They don't have a dedicated kids menus but. . . Its a pizza place. . . The whole menu is a kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: So. . . This is a miss getting into the building perhaps but once inside the building your met with a branching landing with stairs on both ends. So perhaps not.

One of the countless worst experiences in this drug infested town of Paducah. The food was cold, and full of biterness
My meatball sandwich was requested to come with extra cheese and sauce but was delivered without any cheese or sauce. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding. My salad was pathetic and not edible. I will not choose to dine there again. Only a few letters of its marquee sign light up. Place is rundown from my previous visits.

OMG! I literally had the best pizza tonight at Mellow Mushroom! We ordered half Shitake and half Kosmic Karma! It was absolutely mouth watering. The perfect combination of ingredient and crust! It was fast and fresh. The service was outstanding and the bar is so relaxing and friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant if you live in Paducah or traveling through. Don’t miss out!!!

I go there every once in a while and sit at the bar and have some drinks and a pizza every now and then. Michelle at the bar is a really sweet girl that will take care of you! The food is great and Michelle is a great bartender! Good people, good food and an all around great place to get a bite to eat!

Got a small vegan pizza. Big for a small. So that was a wonderful surprise. Friendly staff. Wish they had a vegan protein to add to the pizza. Like tempeh or beyond sausage. Happy with my purchase though.
