The grub was grubalicious! The staff...amazing! The only complaint is a lack of shade...but it IS a food truck, so not a deal-breaker!
The smoked chicken wings were absolutely stellar and the picnic tables made for a pleasant spring lunch!

Easily the absolute best BBQ I've ever had! The menus creativity matches the excellence of his cooking skills! In addition to traditional smoked faves such as pulled BBQ, hamburgers, and bacon wrapped dogs .. his renditions of other food not necessarily thought of as BBQ related (such as BBQ egg rolls) is amazing. Everything single thing is a dopamine spiking delight! Jalapeño poppers with cream cheese and bacon - stellar! Deserts are phenomenal! If you haven't eaten here, I advise doing so immediately! Once you have anything here, it will become a favorite spot for grub! Can't say enough good things about this place! It is truly awe-inspiring!!!

I didn’t get to try the items I initially came for however, just by the taste of those wings I can tell the ribs would have been a true treat. I also tried a recommendation which was the potato hash, it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back! :) Thanks
