Our waitress was great and very friendly. The food was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! We could not even eat it. We will not return and I do not recommend!!

We entered O'Charley's about an hour before closing, and the waitress was awesome! We had the fried mushrooms as our appetizer and then chicken strip dinners for my wife and , while our youngest daughter had the cheese-fries for her main course. It was absolutely delicious.

The cook dropped my food in the kitchen. I had to wait maybe 10 or so extra minutes, but it was so worth it! The salmon was delicious!! I didn't catch her name, but thank you so very much for giving me a great experience!!

O’Charley’s in Paducah, KY is a great place to visit and eat. Located just off I24, it’s very easy to get to. By yourself, with a spouse or friend, or just the whole gang, O’Charley’s will accommodate.

One of our servers wants to “become famous”. She is a very friendly and caring person.

Very nice inside with a huge mural of the town.

Drinks came out quick and the food followed shortly afterwards. The burgers we had were juicy, cooked just right, tasty, lots of flavors and dripping down your hands delicious. The fries were hot and crispy. A perfect meal combination.

Come on down and have a set and enjoy what you’re currently missing.

The salmon glazed bourbon was tender and tasty. The weekend prime rib juicy and ample 12 ounces. Service from Amber excellent, fun lady.

I ordered car side to go. I am so accustomed to sub par service and employees who make me feel like I’m intruding on their space that I am so deeply appreciative of the amazing ladies who welcomed me and delivered my great order for their kindness and overall excellent job! Everything was perfect from the extra whipped cream to the chicken on my salad being wrapped separately to keep it from warming my greens. We sat outside to scarf down the food briefly and we were warmly welcomed and offered drinks. This is what service used to look like and what it should look like! They have it down to a science here- I wish we had this restaurant and staff in KC.
