I originally came in for the tuna appetizer I’ve loved for years and was excited to see it offered as an entrée. Unfortunately, the tuna in the entrée just didn’t live up to expectations—it had a strange texture and taste, more like plastic or jerky, which was really disappointing. It didn’t have the same fresh, delicate flavor that made the appetizer a favorite of mine.
That said, the Caesar salad and the Tasmanian chili were both very good and definitely worth ordering. I’ve always enjoyed the food here in the past, so I’m hoping the tuna entrée was just an off night.

Excellent Outback. One of the best we have been to. Our server Keaton was very helpful as I have food allergies and he was so careful to make sure what I ordered and how it was cooked. He was prompt and gave great service. And he was on top of our refills. Their iced tea was delicious and my steak cooked perfect. Next time I’m in Paducah we will definitely stop here. Thank you.

Blooming onion was over seasoned and undercooked very disappointing. Baked potato was halfway cooked. Steak was very disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and ordered a filet mignon and a bone-in NY strip, both medium rare. Hers arrived mostly medium, at best. Mine was well-done with traces of pink and had "stringy" pieces in the cut. She wasn't pleased but didn't send it back. I sent the strip back only to have another to arrive just like the first one. When a steak is $30, it should be as ordered. All I wanted was a medium rare steak cooked like the one pictured in the menu. Maybe the kitchen should keep the menu pics next to the grill. I sent it back and asked for credit and they obliged. Thank goodness for the Bloomin' Onion and the salad. At least that curbed my appetite. The waitress was fabulous and understanding.

Gave this a 4* due to service, Sondra did a great job and was friendly and attentive. Typically do not leave reviews for chains, but thought this was worth it. Also awesome they didn’t charge for kids drinks even though our kids didn’t get kids meals.
Outback is definitely not great at this location. The service was sub par and over worked, i bet the lady had 8 tables. We almost left and should have. After we finally ordered it took well over 1 hour to get the food. We are new to this town but I doubt we will see ourselves going back for awhile.

Waited over 15 mins for a hostess to even take our name for a half empty restaurant and then another 15-20 mins for the server to even acknowledge that we were sat down. Highly disappointed in the establishment. I like their food but when I can’t even get any service or staff to acknowledge that we are there I won’t be back. Do better!!!!!

Food was great not a long wait. But had a very absent server. She never once asked if we needed more to drink, and the person I was with ate most of their meal with an empty drink. we asked for boxes and she left to go get one and never returned. We had to go to the bar to get a box and just had the bar tender ring our ticket up and paid him. He was very friendly and asked if we needed drinks to go or anything.
