Seated immediately, 10 minutes before we ordered drinks and appetizers, 20 minutes before we ordered our meal. After 45 minutes we got our appetizers and drinks were already gone. After 2 hours our meal arrived and the steaks were cold. Spoke to the manager and she offered to cook more steaks but we were not ready to sit there any longer. As we walked other customers were also complaining about waiting over 1 1/2 hours and were leaving.

0 stars would be the most appropriate rating. Saturday night at 6:45 was told there was a 20 to 30 minute wait. No big deal. Yet as we waited we noticed all the open tables. Not just a couple, over ten. Then the host and hostesses made it known that was for a reason as they complained about the wait staff complaining about not being sat. So their decision was to seat the complaining servers less. Which led to a non existent 30 minute wait. Finally after being sat our server who was in on the decision and having no personality took our drink and appetizer order. Having a year and a half and 4 year old kids with me I requested her to please keep an eye on the appetizer and bring the bread out as quickly as possible (as we just waited for 30 minutes for no reason and eating with a toddler is hard enough on a good night). 15 minutes later she brings our bread. At 45 minutes I stopped the girl who brought us the bread, drinks, and salads (not our waitress) and told her that our appetizer never came out that we ordered with our drinks and she looked me dead in the eyes and said “what do you want me to do about it”. I replied nothing at all, please bring the manager to our table. Manager was never called and just happened to walk by while cleaning plates up and asked if everything was ok. I said no, and she said oh I’m sorry but couldn’t be bothered to stop cleaning the table next to us to listen to why until I asked for her full attention. Appetizer showed up 10 minutes later piping hot, laid down in hands reach of a toddler because of a full table of empty glasses and salad bowls were still begging to be picked up. A different manager came over shortly after and offered $50 off of our meal when we requested a to go box for our fries an a check. He was “shocked” to find out that we never received our food and offered to comp a blooming onion that was mistakenly put in for our fries. HA whole place is a joke.

Our bloomin onion was way overcooked (dark brown) & greasy, we received no plates. We asked our waitress several times to no avail. I asked for butter & sour cream for my potato. Only sour cream. By the time I grabbed our waitress & she brought it the potato was cold.

Well, different day, different revew sadly.came back because the last time I was so pleased with the service and the food. This visit in November of 2025 not so much. Caesar salad was not fresh, the steak was over salted and overcooked. Kaylee, wait staff was great. She stayed over as the person that was supposed to relieve her was a no-show. The restaurant was a mess, food on floor and not just one area. I ordered the rum and coke with lime and they couldn't even get that right . Big difference from my first visit where I gave it five stars.😔

Ordered center cut sirloin, was cooked to perfection. Caeser salad was wonderful, had a slight heat to it. I travel from Southern Alabama to Chicago Illinois and I usually stay at the Auburn Hotel in Paducah Kentucky; I normally eat at another restaurant near the hotel and get a discount, but I'm much happier with the food and service at Outback. Easy drive across the street from the hotel, going forward this will be my go to. Hailey (server) was very attentive without being overly so. 😃👍👍

I stop here on my way thru town every time. Tonight was no exception. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always good. Tonight was a bit different. The restaurant was open, and yet not a single customer was in there being the day before Thanksgiving and late in the evening. They served me with a smile and a welcoming attitude. Great attitude, excellent service, and delicious food (that I took to go!). As someone who travels constantly, having a reliable restaurant experience every time is rare. Outback Paducah delivers every time!

Asked for table, was shown to a half- booth that was dirty. Then shown to another half booth that was just as dirty. Finally followed the hostess around to two more locations and finally seated at a large round table for six. There was only two of us and the place was really not yet busy, early evening.

We tried to go to longhorn and Texas road house first, but the waits were over an hour. We should have waited. It took over an hour to get our food, everytime we asked the waitress for something, we had to reminder her because she would walk off and forget. Drinks sat at the bar, where we could see them, for over ten mins before we saw her again and reminded her about them. And then within an hour of leaving, all three of us had bad stomachs. I will never return. Just wait at the other restaurants.
