While traveling through, we found this place online and looked good warm greetings from hostess at door. Once seated it took quite a lung time to be waited on. After a couple drinks in, we began to realize it was taking longer than usual to get food. Very few other customers. When management questioned how we were doing we said we were waiting for our food which was placed. He said he would check on it. Again more waiting and a waitress who now seemed to be avoiding us and manager never returned. Finally after an hour and 20mins our food came. It was missing soup, the hamburger bun was stale and all of the other food was cold. At this point we wanted to just get back on the road and ate what we could tolerate. We had to flag waitress down to pay which was difficult. I typically do not complain about a bad experience but decided to ask waitress to please pass on our concerns to whomever needed to hear it. She acted surprised then was defensive and said she was not responsible. We weren't rude about it nor wanting a free meal. Poor experience to say the least.

Have been here almost every time i’m in Paducah for work and it never disappoints. Never have a wait for a table or seat at the bar, always clean, the servers/bartenders are always friendly and attentive and the food is always good!

This place is so nice, the people are friendly. Our waitress was so awesome. Went with my cousin she got a hamburger, I got a wrap we both really enjoyed our meal. Had another wrap to go and she timed it just right when we got done. My son really enjoyed his wrap as well. ( The Togo order). Highly recommend this place. Little price but worth it.
