Stopped here during a roadtrip around 8pm, out of the 4-5 workers 3 of them made eye contact with us waiting to order and not one of them came up serviced us in the 15 minutes we waited. They instead started mopping the floor an hour before close. We had to order online then wait for another 20-30 minutes in a very non busy Panera for our food. Overall very rude customer service, would not recommend.

I didn't go in. I probably won't be back. It was my first time trying this place out. I didn't care for the service, as she wasn't very helpful to my questions and felt more rushed than she should have been. There was no line. There were two cars in the parking lot. When I finally did get my food, I found the bread bowl to be pretty good, even though it was very hard on the outside. The other piece of bread was also very hard on the outside, but nice and soft on the inside. Chicken noodle bowl was pretty good, but it tasted just like condensed soup.
Ordered a green goddess salad. Got no bacon, no greens and avocado was in two large halves. Pickled onions were non existent as well. Tried to communicate about the incomplete salad and couldn’t get anyone to talk to. This is ridiculous for the price.

Got there at 4pm first thing I noticed when I walked in was the dirty doors. Then the sticky wrapper/dirty napkin filled floor up to the dessert display to find most things gone and what was left was sitting on the display table with no plates. Walked up to an unwiped sticky counter to order. Walked to the seating area on the sticky garbage filled carpet to find not 1 table has been wiped off. Crumbs and garbage under all the tables. Lots of employees around but only 2 customers including me. Only Half of the hot sandwich I ordered was actually hot. I did see a young girl finally start to clean the seating area as I was leaving. $16 for a quarter of a sandwich, small bowl of soup, and small drink…I better have somewhere clean to eat it. Should have turned around when I saw the grubby doors.
