Absolute waste of my money and time.
I normally love restaurants and feel welcome there but this place was something different.

I ordered a basic menu sandwich with different cheese, didn’t get half of the ingredients, no cheese and then offered to “put it on the sandwich” after I had ate most of it.

The guy checking me out rushed me faster than McDonalds at dinner rush and I was here at 5:30 on a Tuesday. No thank you, no explaining his spiel that sounded like the warnings on a tv commercial and almost stumbled over himself bringing my food to the table.

Before I left I asked if they had any small coupons or anything I could take for the sandwich issue and flat out refused anything stating “we would remake your sandwich if you would have let us know.” This was never offered Or explained and I talked to the guy that made the sandwich!

You seriously need to work on the customer service and attitude of your employees at this place.

I actually work nearby and will not eat here again or make a catering order for my business unless management apologizes about my experience.

The food was absolutely mouth watering amazing. The customer service excellent and above par. 10/10 I will return. I suggest the grilled classic Italian sandwich.

Me and my husband eat here quite often. And we always get really nice people who work here, but today, Trinity & Jadon took a little extra time to help me out. It’s so nice to have young people go out of their way to help you. I’m so thankful for them both!!

Bleach in someone’s lemonade with no explanation or apology. Someone could’ve been seriously hurt or worse. None the less a child’s drink! This was intentionally done with the intent to hurt. Do not eat at this location. This was brought to my attention by family that lives in the area. They all no longer be visiting this location nor will we when we are in town. 💯

My mother got sick after eating this food which turned into her having to get her appendix removed. AND recently a mother and you g daughter found bleach in the lemonade they drank. The general manager DID NOTHING DID NOT APOLOGIZE and corporate also did nothing. DO NOT EAT HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT EAT HERE AT PENN STATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

EXCELLENT food and service! The cheese steak and fries were so so yummy. And the free cookies just topped it off. Everyone was kind and polite , especially Jaden. Thank you from travelers headed north.

The worst service I’ve had post Covid hands down. I believe the lady was the manager of store. Extremely rude and unpleasant. Good luck to others having to deal with her

Order the lemonade, it was so watered down and tasted terrible. They call it fresh squeezed, it more like it came from a can. Plus way too expensive for the food they serve
