The young lady that greeted me was very awesome and kind. She help me greatly as I never been to a penn station. I believe her name was Kaylor. The other workers there was definitely not nice or kind as her. She definitely deserves a raise.

My sandwich was delicious. I love the Italian it's my go-to. The French fries are always hit or miss on freshness. The people were friendly and didn't have a long wait.

Never have I had a bad sandwich from the pen station on new holt road. The manager at this location did nothing to correct their mistake. First, he didn’t want to come to the phone. They were not busy… the sandwiches were soaked in grease. And Not made to order. For 50 dollars, you’d think they’d offer to correct the issue. Never visiting this location again. They obviously need some kind of REAL supervision! Hinkleville is better!
Sandwich made wrong first time, had to be made again. Worth the wait.

I love penn station subs.At this location, sandwich was just ok but the fries were cold.Most disappointing part was that when I got there, the person standing at the front counter didn’t even acknowledge me. They just walked away when I arrived. I was surprised at this. Other person was very nice and helpful tho.

This is the most ridiculous mess I have ever paid $11 for!!! I kid you not, this ‘sandwich’ is joke. I have taken one bite in the photo. The small fry is like a junior frosty size and the lemonade doesn’t even have sugar in it… I have always loved their food but I cannot even begin to tell you the disappointment in this ‘meal’. Well, I won’t be going back. I could have gone anywhere else in town and had three times the food for the same money. Just sad!!!
