I love penn station subs.At this location, sandwich was just ok but the fries were cold.Most disappointing part was that when I got there, the person standing at the front counter didn’t even acknowledge me. They just walked away when I arrived. I was surprised at this. Other person was very nice and helpful tho.

Our sandwiches were wrong, the fries were cold and greasy. We ask to have them fixed. Staff was rude & we ask to speak to the manager and she never came. Sandwiches were never fixed & we got money back for the fires but won't be back. It's ashamed we use to really like their food.

the fries tasted like rip off arbys fries and the man working the register had no manners what so ever called my name for my order and didn't have it ready the lady had me reaching all the way over the counter because I guess she can't get closer for me to reach it

This is the most ridiculous mess I have ever paid $11 for!!! I kid you not, this ‘sandwich’ is joke. I have taken one bite in the photo. The small fry is like a junior frosty size and the lemonade doesn’t even have sugar in it… I have always loved their food but I cannot even begin to tell you the disappointment in this ‘meal’. Well, I won’t be going back. I could have gone anywhere else in town and had three times the food for the same money. Just sad!!!

great food.. it just takes FOREVER ( 15min) to get your food and i only get a 30min lunch.its hard to hear that big kid with his mask on...seriously i had to ask him to repeat his self several times. i really wanted to rip that damn mask off his face and go somewhere else for lunch.

Have eaten here many times but 3 nights ago the same sand. that I always eat was very salt for the first time. I was sick afterwards. I feel salt was added to old meat to cover it up. Loved it for years. Now I don't trust them. Sad.Parking: In a strip mall type building with a small parking lot. Cannot be accessed from the road. You have to go behind the business from Kroger/Lowe's and drive around to the front.

I hate leaving bad reviews. Usually, the service here is excellent.This was some of the worst service I've ever experienced here. The staff seemed not to know how to add fries and drinks to the orders. Three cashiers said they could only add a fry and drink to the sandwich of the month, not even as a separate charge for fries and drink.I hope this was a bad day and the next time will be a better experience.
That place always is awesome! I ordered carry out order and they waited until I got there to cook my fries so they're fresh too!
