First off, the location is nothing short of Art Deco Awwwesomeness. The small but mighty shop is located in an old Coca-Cola plant amongst other businesses. Their coffee is small batch roasted with emphasis on "lab" creations. I had the dark roast pour over. Coffee was very good. It wasn't as nuanced as I would've expected. It's still better than the shop down the street. Didn't have any food, but the main stay of the business is designed tea and coffee blends/roasts. It's worth a stop.

For their 8oz cappuccino, recommend adding a second shot to balance out flavors. It’s served in a larger mug which feels more like a 10 oz, making for a very milky cappuccino. Also the steamed milk/ foam was of lower quality than in many of the photos (large bubbles/very textured, and no “art”). Possibly a newer/less experienced barista. Atmosphere was great! Limited seating but great architecture and decor.

One of my favorite things to do while traveling is visit the local coffee shops, always searching for great baristas and the best coffee roaster (for my taste). This place was on point. Coffee that can be appreciated by connoisseurs and starbuckians. The service was great, soft and kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The setting was great too, well decorated and in the historic Coca Cola building. Only thing I would have liked to have seen is the service where if you buy a big of beans your single prepared drink is free, just makes sense to me. Well done Piper’s, you’ve made my favorites list! Thanks for the value you place in customer service and the appreciation for coffee you prove with your beans and brews

Wow! This is an excellent roaster and cafe! It’s in a great location and beautiful building. The coffees are top notch with espresso beverages, several pour over options, and a few specialty drinks. I’d highly recommend this place!

I usually don’t drink coffee past 6 AM but when I do, it’s at Pipers! Great staff and amazing drinks. Highly recommend.
Gentlemen was very nice. I went in to buy expresso because it is freash roasted. With every bag of coffee you buy you get a free coffee or tea of choice I let them surprise me. They use a fantastic farm fresh milk. I talking great milk from Amish families. We drive an hour to get this milk so to see them use it in every drink was amazing. They said they use the chocolate milk in their Micah. Impressed
