Sweetest girl behind the counter, I would give her five stars came in to get my order that I placed online. The sirens were going off. She had a 30 pizza order before all of ours and she just kept apologizing and she was so nice and I think you should recognize her for her kindness and excellent customer service. 5/16/25 And my pizza was delicious 👍🏻

How to wait over 20 minutes actually 25 to 30 and the cashier and worker up front couldn't give me an estimated time and was all over the place couldn't handle the orders coming in she was completely stressed out

I spent $50. On 2 supreme pizzas. They’re usually my favorite. These were awful. We threw them out. We got thin crust and it wasn’t fully cooked. The veggies were all huge and raw. What a waste. 😟

Only negative is they're a little pricey for a chain location. But compared to little Caesars, papa John's, domino's, and Murphys. Their pizza taste a lot better. And they are all pricey except for little

When I went I was on a field trip for FCCLA when we had arrived the lady there was so sweet she complimented me and my friend and gave us our orders pretty fast! At the end we paid for our food and she ended up giving us a free cookie!I would be more than glad to go back
Im born and raised in Chicago,,, retired out here, missed Chicago pizza. saw the commercial...gave it a try... lol,the tavern style pizza is exactly like JACKS FROZEN PIZZA no different,!!!! Nothing Chicago style about this at all..believe me!!

Food was good. The gentleman made r pizza wrong but replaced it really fast and gave it to us for free because of the inconvenience, which made my visit worth it lol. But all in all it was really good like always. Plus the guy was working by himself he said his only other person to show up that night quit 2 hours into his shift. So he did a great job for being there alone.
