Unfortunately floors were slippery. I do believe it was from condensation, its a rainy day. If the portion sizes get any smaller it will be a snack, not a meal. Small pieces of chicken, sides portion smaller also. Not worth $27. This is another restaurant we will not be giving our business any longer. Don’t mind paying more if it’s worth it. This meal was a disgrace

I paid in advance for a fried turkey for Thanksgiving. I scheduled to pick it up the day before Thanksgiving. When I arrived, they had sold my turkey. They did nothing to make it up to me. I had to scramble the evening before Thanksgiving to find a turkey. I left my number twice for the manager to call me and they were too cowardly to do so. I will not return to Popeyes in Paducah.

Best experience with hospitality workers ever! The entire staff was so nice and positive! They really seemed to be happy. The man working the window was such a joy ans very friendly. I mobile ordered for drive thru pickup and immediately left and it was done when I got there, very quick. Loved this experience will be going back!
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, got a chicken sandwich drenched in watery mayonnaise. The chicken patty was halfway hanging off of the bun.

First time to eat at a Popeye's, I was searching for an alternative to KFC since their food isn't edible anymore. I like mashed potatoes with my fried chicken, so CFA isn't an option. While the lady at the checkout was super nice and impressed me, the food itself wasn't all that good. Edible, but that's about all I can say about it.
