They give my order to somebody and then We pay for 16 pieces and only get 8 when we comeback they didn't offer any compensation, for the trouble.

The chicken was raw and chewy sent it back 2 times and still wasn’t done chicken strips were the same way so we kindly asked for our money back and the manager said she needed our drinks back hell we needed that to wash the salmonella down

Food is usually good, and served hot. But BeAware...the dining room has the a/c on high even in the dead of winter. Nowhere to sit that isn't ice cold!

I didn't know what had happened at this Popeyes, but the last two times I went there, I ordered the white, mild chicken. It tastes like it was cooked in old oil, and there want any seasoning on the chicken. It was just too disgusting to eat so I let my brother give it to his dog. Who I guess isn't as picky an Eater as I am. I won't go back to this Popeyes

Staff was very courteous. Explained I would need to wait 12 minutes to receive what I ordered. Food was brought out promptly, hot, and exactly what was ordered. Great experience. Ordered the family festive box. Highly recommend.

Kaylee was working the drive thru tonight. She was probably the most pleasant person I’ve encountered in a drive-thru. Give that woman a management position!!!

This was my chicken sandwich today! The billboard shows a thick crunchy piece of chicken hanging off the bun. As you can see the two pickles covered more of the bun than the chicken! Come on Popeyes, I paid $11 for this and a few bites of coleslaw

Bad customer service and wait time. I ordered one chicken sandwich took over 30 min get it. Don't use app for this store they will hold your order and lower priority. Never use drive thru this location. I don't recommend this store. I left never got my sandwich, least it was free offer. This is why fast food go under next 5 years because bad customer service and food.

My first time at a Popeyes. I don't care much for chicken but I like spicy and their Cajun flavoring always interested me. Had the boneless wings. Quite good.

Ordered a 10 piece chicken tender meal with fries and mashed potatoes. Waited over 20 minutes just to get home with no mashed potatoes and they will only give me the potatoes if I come back today. Long wait, bad service, but still good food...
