Haven't eaten here in a few years. Tried again tonight and now I remember why I quit coming. Food is fine but the people working here are a different story. You don't wait until your customer's food is made to tell them that there was a buy one get one deal that they don't qualify for because we ordered a kids meal instead of a full sized entree. You could have said that as we were placing the order and still had a chance to change it. The managers here had a poor attitude before and apparently they're still hiring the same sort. Won't be back.
I've never had bad food here, but sometimes the staff is not so friendly, and the seating area seems to be messy quite often. Overall, it is definitely not a bad place to get a quick bite of decently healthy food.

My female sever was extremely helpful. She explained everything to me. This was my 2nd experience being there. Generous portions & good. I got a steak quesadilla. Steak was cooked perfect. Also got loaded enchilada soup. She have me sour cream, guacamole, as side condiments.

I travel frequently and everytime I visit this Paducah location, it's consistent. No matter how busy they are. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, fresh food, speedy service! I wish they were all like this!
