I am so disgusted with Sam's I could spit. Yesterday I finally went in to change my name on my card. It had been misspelled since we joined in 2006. I know, I know but I just kept forgetting. Well, what a disaster this has turned out to be. Since they had to change my name, they issued me a new card with a new member number. No big deal until I tried to log into the app and place a pick up order. The app would not let me sign in because my email was still associated with my previous number. I called the 888 number, the lady moves my email to the new number but then informs me that, now that I have a new number it wiped out all of my previous purchase history and I had to set up a different account for my husband even though he is on my membership and we only pay one membership fee. This has been a nightmare! If they get any of your information incorrect, just suck it up. It's not worth the hassle to change it.

The pizza is good. Most of the time the staff is nice. The only real complaint is the table situation. They keep getting rid of tables so their “machine” can come and clean the floors. But the machine can’t get in between each table so it’s pointless. It makes sitting down to enjoy food very difficult. I believe it’s laziness more so than anything why they don’t add more tables back.

Some one hacked into my Sam's credit card SYNCHRONY and charged almost $900 dollars. I've gone to Sam's in person, called them on the phone, called Sam'
Limited menu. But can't beat the price quick fast and fresh food. Pizza is great!

So, I sent my daughter to Sam's club in Paducah to pick something up for me and they won't let her because her name isn't actually on the card. they tried to milk her for $16 to get her a card added onto my membership...what? They answer the phone saying they value your business but they really don't. You mean nothing to them. Sam's and Wal Mart are making the same mistake Sears made in thinking they are to big to fail. We see what that kind of thinking got Sears don't we.# Sam's Club
