Ordered a hot turtle latte and regular coffee. Latte was room temperature. Took the lid off to warm it in the microwave and the whipped cream was melted. Couldn’t even tell it had carmel on top. Not sure how that happened on coffee that wasn’t hot. The regular coffee was barely warm also. For what we paid, it was a huge disappointment. Definitely not worth the money.

Doesn’t matter what time of day you come here they never have anything, you’re always waiting even it’s just for a simple drink, most of the women working are unbelievably rude. Food is bland. Tried one more time today and I’m over it. I will never suggest them again or be back.

This place saved my life lol I’m a big, sweet coffee drinker and my mornings aren’t made if I don’t have it. I used to drink Dunkin everyday, but they always messed up my coffee. I tasted Scooters and never looked back. Great customer service and delicious food and drinks. They have also gotten faster with their service. I love the warm, Carmelicious muffin as well. 10/10 will recommend. I always encourage people to come here!
