I went yesterday, I ordered a 5pc chicken strips and they went in thr trash. All I could taste was old gross oil they were using. My boyfriend tots were the same.

Ordered food from here on door dash which the store accepted the order but once my dasher got there they told them they were closed and refused to complete the order they accepted and I already paid for this is so unprofessional of them I’ve never had an issue like this with any other store luckily the dasher and door dash support assisted me in getting a refund but be careful ordering from this sonic

The past few times I have come to this location my drinks are a mess! Literally! Soda running down the sides, overfilling. I don’t usually get extra flavoring so using the excuse that something else causes it makes no sense. It’s not had to wipe down drinks.

literally the worst sonic i’ve been to i ordered 2 hot dogs got a half decent one and a completely mangled one then got it replaced with another mangled one but slightly better all drenched in toppings and bread falling apart

I went there last night after the fair, I ordered a cheeseburger, tenders, and a chicken sandwich. While I was ordering a female that was taking my order was extremely rude, anytime I ordered something she would say “that all?” In the most rude tone I’ve ever heard from a food service worker. Will not be going back to this sonic. My carhop was the absolute best, he got our food out, had a smile on his face!
Ordered through Uber eats and there food was trash. Spent $40 and wasted every penny.

So I got off work and wanted to have a sweet treat for me and my fiance and ordered 2 milk shakes one peanut butter and one of the strawberry cheese cake. Within a minute they were brought out to us and not only were they not mixed the cheesecake shake had no cheesecake bits we unfortunately didn't notice till we got home but how do you forget to mix a milkshake
