literally the worst sonic i’ve been to i ordered 2 hot dogs got a half decent one and a completely mangled one then got it replaced with another mangled one but slightly better all drenched in toppings and bread falling apart

I went there last night after the fair, I ordered a cheeseburger, tenders, and a chicken sandwich. While I was ordering a female that was taking my order was extremely rude, anytime I ordered something she would say “that all?” In the most rude tone I’ve ever heard from a food service worker. Will not be going back to this sonic. My carhop was the absolute best, he got our food out, had a smile on his face!

I love this location but please fix the screens because half of them are out and there are no cones or anything to let people know and it’s annoying to have to pull in 8 different spots to find a working screen

The Service suck I was the only one there order my food and then about seven showed up and I was the six one got my food and I should been the first one got before any body else I was setting there about 2 minutes before any body else pull up poor Poor management skills

So I got off work and wanted to have a sweet treat for me and my fiance and ordered 2 milk shakes one peanut butter and one of the strawberry cheese cake. Within a minute they were brought out to us and not only were they not mixed the cheesecake shake had no cheesecake bits we unfortunately didn't notice till we got home but how do you forget to mix a milkshake

I ordered 2 chocolate shakes, 15 minutes later they informed me that the shake machine is broken, So I tell them to refund the 10.00 dollars back on my visa card. 15 minutes later they bring a purchase receipt, not a refund receipt, then they tell if my refund doesn't show up on my card in two days call the phone number of the same store. I told them this store needs some serious management. I will never use this sonic again.
