Service was good I got an order of chili cheese tots, I took one bite the chili tasted old and I couldn't eat it i also got the popcorn like chicken and parts of them were stuck together and wasn't cooked i wasted almost $16.00 I will not go back.

What a HORRIBLE experience. Went to the drive through to hear “I cannot take your order. Just so you know, its going to be at least 20 minutes”. I had an online order that would not let me check in. I just needed help. Thanks a lot, sonic.

This is by far one of the most nonchalant Sonics I have been to in Paducah. My son and I went there for lunch, and not only was the order wrong, but it was like they basically gave us what THEY wanted us to have! So we said no big deal, but after spending almost $30, let's give them the opportunity to correct the mistake! THAT is when it became a big deal! We called and called (we were leaving town and couldn't go back), to speak to someone to no avail! NO one answered the phone after calling multiple times! It was utter ridiculousness! Customer service is NOT on their list of priorities, and we will NOT be returning to spend hard-earned money at such a lazy establishment! Next time we'll opt to go elsewhere that we know we will be considered, and the order will be done right the 1st time!

Count your days, the food was nasty. Got a pretzel and instead of pretzel salt I got it rolled it table salt. Smash burger nothing but meat and cheese. And the meat was balled up there was no smash to it. The drink was diet I don’t drink diet. At this point somebody don’t wanna be at work. This is why I don’t do Sonic. They are rebuilding building and remodeling but when can the food match the building and be nice???

The service is always so slow. I got a burger once, came home and it was an entirely different order. Their food is always sloppy or drowned in grease. I don’t think I’ll be eating southside sonic for awhile.

I've been coming to this exact location for over 20 years but tonight the staff was extremely rude, cutting my autistic wife off as she was trying to order and getting audibly frustrated with her. I was going to let that have a pass but then they handed her the food in an annoyed fashion and walked off without saying anything. That did it for me and I don't even write reviews. Foods good though.
