My Husband and I came to this Sonic to grab dinner after driving 6.5 hrs... I placed a mobile order because it's just a little cheaper to do so...After placing the order and confirming arrival our Food was at my car within 5 minutes or less he ordered a #1 and I order the #8 our food Came out Luke Warm at best!! And all the Ketchup and Signature sauce that were ordered with the Food.. were not in the bag..?!?!. so I had to ask them to bring out someThey were not busy at all just didn't want to drop fresh food apparently??!?!Do better treat your customer how you'd like to be treated... That Is All...

The service was extremely fast. However after arriving home to eat. I discovered the bacon was burnt.Not the good kinda bacon burnt. All that aside. I was going to chow down anyway. Only to find the taste of spoiled meat.It had a taste that was the smell of vomit. The bacon was clearly very old and it's ruined my idea of sonic forever.

Food is on par with this type of fast food trend. Prices are outrageous but that’s anywhere now days. What brings me back to rewrite my review after 5 years is the level of service that has clearly decreased. This location for whatever reason apparently can’t keep enough employees I’ve been told they closed the app order ahead because of lack of workers I use the drive through to see it’s closed due to lack of workers. You don’t get the app drink half off price because forbid you get to mention it when ordering cause the app is shut off they refuse to give it to you after cause they’ve already rang it up. I even said just cancel it and I’ll pull around again and reorder and mention it and the woman said it would still be the same price because I was the same person placing the same order.

The burgers are good. I like the option of tots or fries. I always choose tots!The footlong coney is not good. I do not like the cheese spread they put on it. It's like Cheese Wiz. Took one bite and I was done. Went straight into the trash.I love a good footlong Coney. Unfortunately, Sonic needs to up their game if it stays on the menu.Overall it is a very good fast food restaurant.

Here recently in the past few months almost every time I've came to sonic I get a cherry RED slushee and it ends up being white in the middle with a light pink rim. I don't know if they are just not putting syrup in my drink or if they're not stirring it but when I pick up fast food it's not my job to finish making it. I will stop coming if it's gonna be like that every time.
