Ordered a turtle sonic blast. It was suppose to have caramel, almonds and chocolate in it. All it consisted of was vanilla ice cream and chocolate chops on top. Wasn't worth $7.

.99 cent corn dog day ….we got it fast and it was shrunken and black didn’t recognize it as a corn dog, I know it’s a hectic day for them and it’s only .99 but shame on this. Somebody had to see this corn dog and still approved it to sell. Y’all can do better lone oak sonic

I ordered on the app, arrived, then sat waiting for 10-15 minutes. The carhop gentleman brought food to a nearby car but nothing to us. Eventually a car parked in the stall beside us and we heard a woman tell the driver that they were drive through only. I pulled around to the drive through speaker and waited a few more minutes to finally be told I could pull up to the window. A couple minutes later we finally received our food. Once we pulled away and parked to check our order, we discovered my burger was entirely incorrect (cheese when I'm lactose intolerant and ordered it without was the biggest offender) and our tots were room temperature. What should've been a five minute experience took the better part of half hour and resulted in me going home and making myself a sandwich rather than eating cold, incorrectly prepared food.

So far twice my dad has gone to get us sonic blasts but for some reason when he comes home everyones order but mine is correct i always want a m&m blast but i instead keep getting a oreo blast?? Luckily though i do enjoy oreo blasts as well but its happened like 3 times or more so far. Other than that its good!

I don't care for the whole "carhop" service, as I'm often pulling a trailer. A drive though would be great! Portion sizes have been reduced since my last visit.
