Was in desperate need of coffee - as hotel coffe was awful. They charge me $ 5.50 for a coffee with ice. I was willing to pay for it except it was no better than the free hotel coffee. Sorry Starbucks but you lost a customer. There are a lot of other good coffee stores around that cost less and have better quality coffee not sure who your market is anymore but it’s not me!

They take forever and you may or may not get your order or it be correct. Completely understaffed and a mess of a workspace and cleanliness. The slowest Starbucks you’ll ever go to.

I waited 30minutes for my order and only got half of it. I understand they were busy, but myself and others for a extended period time and others walked in and got similar drink and were out within 2-3 minutes

1 star simply because Starbucks supports ICE.
This particular Starbucks can either be really good, or sub par.
I got my favorite drink there yesterday, and either they've changed recipes, or it just depends on who made the drink that day.
My favorite is usually the Pink Drink or the Dragon Drink.
Dragon Drink is typically very flavorful, bright, summery, and delicious.
Yesterday it had almost no flavor in it, like I was essentially drinking iced coconut milk.
I've also ordered custom frappucinos from there. I get the strawberry and cream with java chips and extra strawberry puree.
The first time I ordered it I loved it and went back the following week and ordered the same thing.
The second time I ordered it, basically all java chips and could barely drink it through a straw.
Went with my kiddo one morning and ordered the same thing and it was as good as the first time.
I reckon it really depends on who is working whether you'll get a good drink or not.

On the multiple times I visited the drive through seemed to move quicker than dining room. Otherwise standard Starbucks
I’ve stopped there on my way leaving Kentucky. They made really good caramel ribbon crunch. It was a really good Starbucks.

Don’t bother going in cuz everyone is too busy doing online/drive thru orders. At least 5 orders sat on counter without any other customers in sight and I stand and watching staff do other orders that are not right in front of them. Need a better system for those that do take time to visit the building otherwise just shut it down.
