This place is inanely slow. The line is around the drive through the store is packed. And that’s not the problem it’s that they work so slow. Now will arrive late because of this service. Do not recommend this location to anybody. This is a huge problem. Won’t be coming back ever.

I do not recommend this Starbucks to anyone at all. Drove up and the line for drive through was wrapped around the restaurant. After seeing that and knowing we had places to be we decided to go inside. After ordering inside and seeing many customers after we had order go up and complain that they had been waiting for 30 min made us grow some concern. Now after getting our drinks extremely later than it takes to make them, after even knowing what it is like because me myself working in food service and knowing a rush, knows it doesn’t take this long. Around 45 minutes at least. The workers just stand around and talk, aren’t even making drinks half the time with a line still wrapped around a building. Not even just that but workers yelling at the drive through because of the line when they are standing around chatting. While going up and asking how much longer on our drinks, the workers are visible in the back sipping on coffee. Overall if you’re looking to grab a coffee on your way to anywhere at all plan at least 45 minutes to order from this location. Actually absurd. Do not recommend to anyone.

Consistently the slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. It took 27 minutes to get my latte and sandwich with only 3 cars in front of me. Staff is friendly. Probably just understaffed. This location will make you late for work no matter how early you go lol

I visited Starbucks at Terminal A in DFW and experienced some disappointments. When I attempted to order a dragon fruit drink with a scoop of matcha and almond milk, they were unfortunately out of matcha. Additionally, when I ordered a bagel, I specifically requested an everything bagel, but they only had plain available.

Furthermore... the tall girl. Was rude - and brushed me off. She knew what I was asking her for and she proceeded to brush her hands and walk away- they were right in front of her on the counter. Ask her. Get it together ladies. Your service is slow and unorganized! Staff leaves the while customers still waiting to be served. Terrible. More training!!!or get a different job! Not a happy start to 2025!!
