They lack any initiative or soul. There kias is not user friendly and a waste of time. The talo fries are mediocre at best. Would not recommend for sit down service.

They're...fine. Decent food, but slow waits and poor housekeeping. Probably not the employeea fault but corporate. They switched to ordering kiosks and I have not doubt that they downsized staff to save a few bucks.

Haven't been here in a long time but it was really good. 3 stars on service as you use a kiosk to order and pay, you get your own drinks. They just cook it and bring it out.

The food was amazing, fries were hot, and the milkshake is 100% worth it. I lost my retainer in the trashcan and one of the employees dug through the trash can with me to help me retrieve them. I am so thankful for her!

The machine didn’t accept the transaction n workers did not notify us about it so we waited for 25 mins for our food n we go ask a worker he says you didn’t order anything n then we waited another 10 mins to even be able to pay for it. Take out the machine n bring the people taking orders back.also they tried to get over on us by trying to make us pay for the order twice bc it “didn’t go thru” do not recommend

Great burger and fries! A few years ago I stopped going here but the tallow fries got my interest. I tried it and had an excellent meal. And it was a good price. Steak n Shake is back.
