We enjoyed a wonderful lunch with top-notch service. I had shrimp scampi, a salad with house made poppy seed dressing, and potato casserole. My husband had fried catfish with fries and slaw. While the food was great, the really impressive part of lunch was our server, Zach. He was quite possibly the best server I’ve ever had and we eat out frequently. This young man had numerous tables he was serving, but he never missed a beat. He took our order promptly, kept our drink...
We drove two hours to come visit and it did not disappoint! Everyone was so friendly and the food was phenomenal. JJ was our waitress and she is one of the best waitresses we have had! We will be back!
We found Stricklands on trip advisor, asked at the front desk of Holiday Inn and she confirmed it was a great place to eat. We were seated immediately and received great service from JJ. Crayfish dip, shrimp casserole and gumbo were delicious!! The blacked tilapia and hush puppies were excellent too!
