Wait staff was good and the sandwich was as expected.
What was concerning is that the salt, pepper and oregano shakers are absolutely filthy. They are kept in plain view of the public .The outside of the containers are literally caked with God knows what. The server made the sandwich with gloves on and he handled those containers with the gloved hands then folded and wrapped the sandwich.
I could not believe it. Not remotely sanitary. Those shakers looked way more dirty than the floors .
I should have walked out and certainly will not eat there again.

Got a steak and cheese sub, only thing on it was bell pepper and cheese. Won't go back they suck every time I go there.

Went through the drive through and literally waited 45mins for my food and there was no other cars. This is not a jab at the workers because they were busy with customers inside and the lady was really nice. But management really needs to get some more workers in there or something or pay better

Walked in & 4 employees ready to help. Was a fast process, it was not like this before. Under new management & all new employees. Clean, great service, friendly people. Yes, it cost alot to eat out. But that is something we are all dealing with. I will return back to the newly organized Subway! Happy customer!!

I went to get a foot long sub and got a foot long with very little meat and the lady didn't know how to make it she put meat and rolled it up and charged me 12 dollars was horrible I will not go here again they need to train their employees how to make the sandwiches the right way

This is the best Subway in Paducah. The ladies that usually work during weekday lunchtime are always very nice and personable!
UPDATE 2/10/24: Well, I guess it is too much to ask for this Subway location to do any better. I thought I'd give them one LAST chance to make it right. Ordered two footlong sandwiches for my elderly mother and I. I SPECIFICALLY asked for curbside pickup so my 86 yr old mother would NOT have to get out of the car since she was picking the order up. Not only did they not bring the order to her car, they refused to answer the phone multiple times when i tried calling them to let them know she was there to pick up the order!! And if that wasn't bad enough, these idiots still cannot follow instructions or follow customers orders as to how they want their sandwiches made!! Manager/Owner you really need to do better in who you hire and train!!
I asked for mayo on my footlong ALL American sub. They literally put what looked like a drop of mayo on each half of my sandwich! Couldn't even taste or see it! It was the most bland sandwich ever! Is it really that hard to follow instructions?

We had a party of 4, we went inside to order. There was one person being waited on, then us. The employees were clearly annoyed for whatever reason. We each ordered a footling, one at a time. Our view was blocked when he put the meat and cheese on the subs, but how hard is it to screw that part up? (They still forgot the cheese on one of them). We all asked for them to be toasted...got home and they weren't even heated, cheese was not melted. And the soda machine didn't even have ice! Smh, do better subway ?

On my most recent trip to subway on lone oak rode I ordered a pepperoni sub and I received a pizzasub with a ocean of marinara on my sub and she covered everything up so I could not see what she was putting on my sub and she did not pay attention to anything she did she was just talking about sitting down to her co workers
