We had a party of 4, we went inside to order. There was one person being waited on, then us. The employees were clearly annoyed for whatever reason. We each ordered a footling, one at a time. Our view was blocked when he put the meat and cheese on the subs, but how hard is it to screw that part up? (They still forgot the cheese on one of them). We all asked for them to be toasted...got home and they weren't even heated, cheese was not melted. And the soda machine didn't even have ice! Smh, do better subway ?

On my most recent trip to subway on lone oak rode I ordered a pepperoni sub and I received a pizzasub with a ocean of marinara on my sub and she covered everything up so I could not see what she was putting on my sub and she did not pay attention to anything she did she was just talking about sitting down to her co workers

I asked for mayo on my footlong ALL American sub. They literally put what looked like a drop of mayo on each half of my sandwich! Couldn't even taste or see it! It was the most bland sandwich ever! Is it really that hard to follow instructions?

Great all around restaurant, the employee that helped me was super nice, very informative on any question I had, and loaded the sandwich up with plenty of everything like it needed to be, no skimping was done here.
Love it there but the lady wouldn't slice my sandwich into 3rds which I found weird it mattered. Im the customer and it's my sandwich I'm buying ? but

This Subway does not take coupons anymore.I just got coupons yesterday in the mail, and when I got there I was told they no longer accept coupons in Paducah.What should have been an $10 meal turned into a $20 meal.Go to the Jimmy Johns across the street, much cheaper and faster.

30 dollars for 2 subs is legal robbery. Imo if u order a chicken, bacon, and ranch sub there should not be a $5+ charge as if I added bacon to a chicken sandwich. If a sub is listed at 11 or so dollars when I choose my bread, I purchase 2 of em with no add-ons there's no way It becomes $29.76 at the register because because of something I had nothing to do with. And u have the nerve to not accept coupons. The food is good but at damn near 15 a sub IT BETTER BE. Only way I enter a subway again is if Jared the weirdo advertising 5 dollar footlongs for sale ??
