Would not accept my coupon. The toasted bun was barely warm. Very little meat on the sandwich. The server barely spoke English.

Parking: It was inside Walmart with a false facade which doubled walking distance. I won’t go there again.

They close at 9:30 and as well me and my boyfriend walked in there. She’s putting her coat on with her book bag and say no Customer so we close and it’s at 9:05 and they’re supposed to be open till 930 so I’ll never go in there again now they’re gonna lose a lot more customers if your hours are till 930 you stay open till 930 . I am not happy. I am very pissed off and even more hanger than I was before.

To begin this is the first review I have left on this establishment "SUBWAY" I did not want to complain because I know they are always short handed. Here I am though last week I went to the drive thru to place my order they asked me to wait I did for 15 minutes before pulling around to see they were closed. So basically they had me wait for no reason even after that I returned cause I really wanted a foot long for which I had a coupon which I stated when I ordered. After 35 minutes I get to order and pull to the window to be told by 'BETH" IN HER BANDANA HEAD THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE THAT SPECIFIC COUPON! So I say you seriously let me set here 35 minutes without telling me that!?!?!? She says the owner said not to take them...I say can I speak to the manager? She says 'DAKOTA' THE MANAGER HASNT GOT THERE YET AT 630 PM IN THE EVENING!? SO SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME!?? I could have easily swiped my card and accepted the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT,WHY TO PAY THESE IDIOTS TO BE IDIOTS NO THANK YOU! DAIRY QUEEN GLADLY TOOK MY 20.00$ ALSO HAD MY FOOD IN UNDER 3 MINUTES! ITS NOT JUST A SANDWICH ITS POOR BUSINESS, FALSE ADVERTISING,AND JUST NOT RIGHT! SHUT THE DOORS IF THIS IS WHAT YOUR ABOUT!! THIS IS SUBWAY ON IRVIN COBB IN PADUCAH KY 42003!!

Not the first time I’ve had crappy service at this Subway! We waited a long time to place our order in the drive-thru, manager took our order and charged me for a Turkey foot long I never ordered , then refused to give me a refund!!! I won’t be back! She was rude and couldn’t have cared less that she screwed up and I had to pay for it! ?

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway. For starters, you can’t even see the sandwich being made so you have no idea how much of anything is being put on it. I asked for mozzarella on my sandwich and discovered that cheddar had also been put on there as well. When I pointed it out I was told that all they have is mozzarella and cheddar mixed together. Had I known that I wouldn’t have gotten it in the first place. She then got angry at me because I told her I did not want cheddar on my sandwich and I was told that that’s the only way she can make it. If they didn’t have plain mozzarella she should have told me instead of assuming I would be alright with it.

I HAVE EATEN AT SUBWAY 4 YEARS !! THE SUBS I GOT WERE THE WORST I HAVE HAD!! PAID 4 DOUBLE MEAT DID NOT GET IT!! BREAD WAS NASTY !! ABSOLUTELY CHEWY LIKE RUBBER!!! SAVE UR MONEY DON ‘T EAT HERE!!! Where do i begin? The sparkling counters or the fresh food or the clean floors and tables.. where do i begin? The list goes on and on..

It all starts with a hardworking dedicated employee named Rashmi, Awesome pleasant joyful young lady, keeping her restaurant 100% on point, never did i ever been in a subway that clean and fresh.
I was so hungry and she made sure my sandwich in the Subway/Myway thing..
I will be coming coming back as long as Rashmi is the one there..
