We broke down and the employees were so kind and extra friendly. They helped us determine who to call to get our car towed. Being 3 hours from home this was such a comfort. The food was amazing and fresh as well.

The story of Ms.Rushmi at SubwayDo yourself a favor and eat at the cleanest and best Subway in paducah so far..WooooW...Where do i begin? The sparkling counters or the fresh food or the clean floors and tables.. where do i begin? The list goes on and on..It all starts with a hardworking dedicated employee named Rashmi, Awesome pleasant joyful young lady, keeping her restaurant 100% on point, never did i ever been in a subway that clean and fresh.I was so hungry and she made sure my sandwich in the Subway/Myway thing..I will be coming coming back as long as Rashmi is the one there..God bless you for all the great workI ask the owner to give her a good bonus and a raise so she can stay and do her bestWoooow, I'm speechless this time...

Yes sir there was an employee today when I went in to do you spell side Paducah store the name tag had red dale. I had went into your store approximately around 3:15 PM. I had noticed that Dale was being very hostile. To employees I had sit there for about 20 minutes or so, and had seen an older gentleman come in which Dale had told him very rudely in a comment we do not except comments in a aggressive manner, and the older gentleman had turn around and walked out. The gentleman had made a comment that he will let people know not to come to your store so I had said there for a little while longer notice seen another two people had came in Dale and another employee was making sandwiches. Dale did not change his gloves when he was touching his headset which in terms are used to be a manager at multiple restaurants. He was very rude and disrespectful. In regards to all the employees. I had heard him yelling multiple times just being disrespectful for peoples feelings and making rude comments on different things but and also terms I had seen a big improvement on how the store does it work but when I went in there today, I was very disappointed on how I seen Dale reacting to people and how he treated just for old man on what he had said all the employees you could tell was walking around on eggshells around him due to the fact of how angry he was reacting and speaking in a tone that he should not have spoken, are used to be a manager at multiple different restaurants like I had said to me, this was very disrespectful, and I could see everybody being very upset I wanted to put this out there for the simple fact now I see why every time I go into subway there is always new people on the southside one ever Denteley because nobody will stay if somebody is being this disrespectful to somebody as well as being disrespectful to the public I do not think this is right on what he is doing and I promise you this I would love to meet you face-to-face in person to give you my point of you of what I saw but I would love to see you go back on the cameras and see the disrespect and the disregard for human of what he had done to me. It was wrong in so many levels and I don’t know necessarily if I will go back to that store unless I know he is not there. I will let other people know this was very hurt and disrespectful and I felt sorry for that older gentleman as well as the other couple who came in one of the employees, which was a gentleman looks like he was very scared to even ask a question to Dale me he is downgrading the employees. I don’t know for sure if he is supposed to be higher up or what but to me even if you’ve got a higher up position does not give you the right to talk down and treat other people like they are dirt that is the way I felt about the situation. I am hoping you can go back and look and see what had happened and if you would like to meet me in person, I have no problem discussing anything with you at all I wish I had more room to type more.

Cause it never open when it spoke to be it 7:58pm and it closed they be closing early all the time I have went there like 10 different times in the pass month and it always closed I go around there at 6 and it closed
