the young lady you had working today must bebrand new. It seemed like someone was overseeing her and she was unfortunately very slow. It took most of my lunchtime . The roll that my tuna sandwich was on Was extremely stale.

Enter with caution. Apparently this is under new management again. The worker was in the parking lot leaning in window of car talking and I assumed he was on break but as I got to the door he followed me inside to wait on me. I ordered a meal and went to get my tea and there wasn't any. He said it hadn't been made yet. My sandwich is very neatly made though. A lady waiting in line mentioned how person washing dishes could be helping but he said they were new.

I walked in and it took maybe 4-5minutes for someone to start my order with 3 workers while they were making 2 sandwiches for an online order.. they should always get the in person customer first. But anyways they made my sandwich while blood was running down their finger inside the glove.. cucumbers were bitter as could be, I had to toss them off. There wasn’t much of a sense of urgency. You’d be better off firing 2 people and hiring 1 person who actually cares somewhat or has some hustle and pay them $5 more an hour. Also if you’re not so busy maybe don’t prep so much cold food because by the time you serve it, it’s no good.

I never frequent this Subway location. Based upon this experience, I most certainly shall in the future! Taylor and Jason were not only very accommodating, but pleasent to speak with as well. This locations interior is nicely up to date while being clean as well. It would be remiss of me not to mention how great the sandwiches were! Again, great customer experience!

The green peppers had a dead fly in it and when my Daughter refused alot of the vegetables. I pointed out that he should just throw it out he decided to scoop the dead fly out and use it. I won't be going back there.

For starters there was a dead fly in the bell peppers and when asked about it the worker said he couldn’t throw them out because the manager would get mad over wasted food. Then when wrapping up one of the sandwiches he spilt half the veggies out of the sandwich and didn’t even attempt to fix it. There was also sauce of some kind mixed in with the pickles and he said that that happens sometimes and it was normal for everything to be mixed up like that. My main issue was with the dead fly though because that’s very disgusting and all he did was pick the fly out.

They have consistent subway quality as far as sandwiches as long as you have the patience to wait for one. This is noticeably and consistently the slowest service at any subway I’ve been to.

Sat in the drive through for 15min before someone finally helped me, said I had to wait another 5min because they were “busy” when there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. Customer service was TERRIBLE, rude little girl working the drive through refused me service after I said I couldn’t wait any longer and would not take my order. Place needs to be shut down since it’s being ran by dopeheads.
