Been to this location several times and it's not been bad before but tonight we went in and no one was inside at all. Waited several minutes and even called out to see about getting service. Ultimately no one answered because no one was inside at all. When we left to go to a different location we saw the workers all outside the back door smoking and on their phones. That seems to be a bit of a security risk since we were in there for several minutes completely alone actively trying to get service.

As someone who has worked in customer service for a little over 6 years, I have never expended such terrible service. I was rang up for a 12ft without being asked, they toasted my sandwich without asking me ( my bread and meat came out burnt). The worker, Beth, was very rude. Beth had a bad attitude towards me and my fiancé the entire time we were there. My first time being there, I will not be back. Everyone else was great.

Pick up order tonight. Workers made it completely wrong even though it showed on receipt. Then said they couldn’t make a new one because they were suddenly out of the protein so switched it, which was fine, but even then still messed it up, then told us we couldn’t keep the first ones they she had already opened to check, so they could throw them away. Followed by the worker taking them rudely, and saying we had to keep the new one because we had touched it. Contradicted herself multiple times. Offered no refund or solution, and then wouldn’t give her name when asked. Entire evening/night crew obviously need to be re trained or find a new line of work. Won’t return.

I placed an order for 14 foot long subs at 9am to be ready at 2:30pm. I got to the store to pick it up, at 3:45pm, and it had not even been started. There was no apology, just a, it’s been busy and not my fault. I asked how to tell the sandwiches apart, and they just pulled 7 sandwiches and marked them as ham. They were not marked correctly.

This place is amazing ? It’s so cozy inside, there’s even a sofa and fireplace! ?My sub was made-to order and wrapped so well and they wrote what was actually in it not just a number. Very friendly staff. I’m from out of state, so I don’t know if/when I’ll be back in the area, but I’d definitely eat here again (especially if they were doing the in-app deals)

i got a sub and they were extremely rude while taking my order, they didn’t even let me finish all my sentences and continuously cut me off. then when i got my sandwich, there wasn’t one but two hairs in it. that’s gross. if you wanna be rude, at least have good food.

I placed my order online for a turkey Cali club. It's suppose to have avocado, cheese and other veggies on it. I pick my sandwich up and when I open it to eat, I see there is zero cheese and zero avocado on it. Now if this were the first time this had happened I would be more understanding. Nope, this is literally like the 5th time in a row that they've not gotten my order right!! How hard is it to make a sandwich correctly and follow instructions!?!?! Can these KIDS that work there not read or what? I don't get it!! It's very apparent that they are not being well supervised/trained!! From what I saw, they're too busy talking to each other and not paying attention to what they're suppose to be doing which is doing they're jobs properly!! Then, I call the store to tell the manager or whoever that my sandwich was yet again not correct and I get this rude girl on the phone with clearly an attitude!! I'm done with this place!!
