This place is so disorganized. The lady was on her phone with her earpieces the entire time. Didn't know what I ordered and tried to do something different and I said no, it's not that. Then they had to wait for the guy to try to open the drawer and close it for some reason after I had already paid and it was approved by card. They had yet to hand me my sandwich and I said can I have my sandwich now since I already paid? I don't know what's going on but the lady needs to get off her ear buds and get back to work and pay attention. Not impressed by my first visit. Maybe another time.

This is the BEST Subway in Paducah! I love coming to this location because Debbie is always smiling, professional & has such great customer service; she makes me feel like I'm at home. The store is always clean & orderly. The fireplace & tv make a fantastic addition...makes me feel like family! The sandwiches are superb!

Always make a great sandwich. Very clean inside! It's hit and miss with the service. Sometimes great, sometimes with attitude. The 3 star rating is for the cost and hit and miss service. 2-12 inch subs, one with double meat was $31.46. 😮 That's crazy!

Subway along with a few other locations has started storing there meats in water. Had it toasted and warmed and my bread was still soggy from the meat. I mean bread was fall apart soggy. Go to Firehouse or McCalisters.

I was hesitant about stopping here because the SW with a drive-thru in my town gave me horrible service last years so I've never gone to another. BUT KAYLA took my order & was incredibly kind & helpful & made me the best sandwich. I watched her as she was making it & talking to other customers that came INSIDE the store to order- THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WE NEED IM CS! THANK YOU SW FOR HIRING SUCH KIND INDIVIDUALS- The world needs more people like Kayla.

Been to this location several times and it's not been bad before but tonight we went in and no one was inside at all. Waited several minutes and even called out to see about getting service. Ultimately no one answered because no one was inside at all. When we left to go to a different location we saw the workers all outside the back door smoking and on their phones. That seems to be a bit of a security risk since we were in there for several minutes completely alone actively trying to get service.
