The chick Stacy that works the night shift really needs to be fired, I'm sorry but she has a very nasty attitude especially when she works alone at night and is always in a bad mood and has an attitude while doing her job.
Still a good place for alot of snacks fuel prices are usually lower then surrounding area.

Still traveling cross-country to get back home to Savannah, Stephanie at the Subway at the Pilot in Paducah was friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable and even give me directions to the nearest Dollar General. Food was outstanding, and the establishment was very clean. Five stars all around!

I have the Subway mobile rewards app and found out the hard way that this location doesn't accept mobile orders! The next problem is that they also don't accept app deals. Really?Because of the first issue, I had to order at the counter by showing them my rewards QR code, but there's a sign at the counter saying that online deals don't apply there. Strike two.My third issue is with the cramped conditions. There's hardly any space since the Subway and Pilot counters are too close together, and the small space in-between has a couple of merchandise racks. The physical plant here shows poor planning.Lastly, was the wait. During the 15 minutes I waited in line, two people ahead of me left in disgust.

I ordered from this Subway through Door Dash earlier today and both my sandwich and my cookies had hundreds of tiny little bugs in them!! Smaller than ants! Unfortunately I didn't notice them until after I had eaten half of my sandwich because the bugs were so small!! Almost microscopic!! They looked like little brown specks that were moving and all over my food!! Disgusting to say the least!!
Share this stop with everyone you know that needs food, gas, and entertainment. Went in to buy some gas and a sub. While waiting on my gf to finish up I played some ding dings! Term for gaming devices. Turned 10.00 into 1450.00. Let's go!!
