Food is ALWAYS WRONG.
Service is really bad
Last visit It took 45 minutes and that was a counter order
The chicken was supposed to be all dark meat wound up with 4 old dried out breasts that should have been thrown out 3hrs before
They were even out of gravy
Nope nope nope 👎

Where to start. So much wrong with the location. The employee behind the register ignored what we wanted because she just had to have a picture of my finances shirt. Which whatever if you ask thats fine but wait until after youve gotten our order first. Very inappropriate for a work environment. Upon ordering we noticed roaches crawling on the counter. Service is extremely slow as well for a place with only 2 other customers in the place while we were ordering.

The KFC was closed when I got there but the person working the Taco Bell side was super nice and gave us some goodies on the road đŸ«¶

The owners set the employees up for failure. They won’t allow them to have enough employees to even run the store. I guess they don’t care about customer service or repeat business, only the bottom line.

Addendum: new owners have now taken over and have started to increase the allowed employees on shift. Hopefully it will get much better.

This place is awful sat in drive through for almost 30 min get to the window and they didn't even know what I ordered tried to give me someone else's food.than I get home and the chicken burrito I ordered had a KFC chicken strip in it and it so hard I can't chew it .I wouldn't recommend going there from the rude employees to the terrible food and the wait to get your order not worth it.

Every time I go to this one the service is awful. We have a very basic order and yet they still can't even get that right. They put sour cream on the OUTSIDE of my husband's taco, like how do you even manage that? My hard shell taco was soggy, no fixings, just the meat. The Doritos locos taco I got was also soggy and broken. Don't go to this location for Taco Bell!!! They acted like they were in a rush to make our food but we still had to wait 15-20mins to even get it through the drive thru. I'll go to a different location for now on.

Couldn't tell you how the food was. Never got my order even after sitting for a hour and then they wanted to give me a story about how I cant get a refund that day and would have to wait. Would give it less then 1 star if I could.

After a very long and exhausting day I ordered from the drive thru at this location for tacos and a mexican pizza. Having paid a premium price, I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes for DRIVE THRU fast food. Those who ordered before me got their food as well as all those who ordered after me for the 20 minutes I waited. I finally got my tacos and pizza and frozen home where my family waited for dinner. These tacos were the worse things I've ever encountered!! The best way to describe them they smelled so strong of diesel fuel, I could not even begin to eat them. My husband was so hungry he tried to eat on said it tasted so weird he almost got sick trying to eat one. They smelled like they had been fried in diesel fuel. It seemed to be the hard shells. Whatever the issue it was so strong I can't imagine serving the public something this bad. Of course we didn't know until I got home, so I tried to call the store multiple times but they would not even answer the phone. Wondering if I was calling a bad number I call the Lone Oak store they were so happy to make things right for us. May I suggest some management at Irving Cobb store and a health inspection!! Something is seriously wrong!
