After waiting for 18 minutes for a luxe box they finally gave me my order & it was wrong!! The manager was rude, laughed at the situation. I told her I wanted my money back & the manager proceeded to charge me again instead of refunding. This location is dirty & slower than I thought possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

I came through tonight and had a pretty basic order. 4 cheese and bean burritos, two double beef burritos, one regular nacho fry, and a large Baja blast no ice. All items were correct, but when me and my boyfriend tried to drink, it tasted purely like carbonated water and just plain nasty. When I talked to both the cashier that gave us the drink and the manager saying it tasted really bad, they said “all the Mountain Dew are on the same thing, so..” I just looked at them and said “I wasn’t trying to get a free drink, I was just trying to let you know it tasted bad in case the bag for the syrup needed to be changed.” Then when we were pulled forward, we waited a little over 30 minutes. I assumed it was just because it was 9 pm and they were making everything fresh. No other cars but us in the drive thru, mind you. So when we got our food, all of it was cold. Which again no biggie, both me and him have worked in fast food. But when I got back home and both of us bit into our burritos, the rice was RAW. Like white uncooked rice. Crunchy. Nasty. Also can make people EXTREMELY sick. And honestly with the bad attitude AND THE INEDIBLE FOOD, I wanted to call and get a refund but honestly I have no patience to return to get it, nor will I in the future. And I deeply hope no one gets sick from tonight service because of your employees. 12/22/24 @ 9pm.

One waiting on me was amazing. It's fact I just listened to a manager completely put down and another the workers infront of customers just cause they messed something up. Management at this location is causing an unsafe unhealthy work atmosphere for other employees. The management didn't care there was others around as well. At one point in time I heard the comment "shoot you in the foot". Posting here but escalating up the chain as well by sending into the actual establishment. I feel bad for the workers taking this abuse. Waiting to see my comment get deleted too.

This has to be one of the nastiest places in Paducah. The staff clearly don’t take pride in their work, and everyone looks miserable. Every time I’ve been, the food is undercooked and just not appetizing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and heading to one of the spots near exit 4 or 7 instead—much better options there.

I went through the drive through at the Southside Taco Bell for a Mexican pizza. The pizza was crispy, hot & very flavorful. I accidentally didn't stop at the first window to pay for the food, but the lady at the second lady took my money & ran back to the back of restaurant to personally give it to the cashier lady at the first window. She did this to avoid me having to back up or go around the restaurant. I really appreciated her being so kind to me. It meant a lot to me.

Worst Taco Bell/KFC EVER!!! They are very rude & disrespectful & theifs. One of their employees walked off with my card & took a snapshot of it then tried to purchase things with it several times. I had to cancel that card & order another one. Now I lock my card after every transaction.
There just slow as hell and one dude was smoking pot by the dumpster
