okay so i love me some good taco bell but when i went to the taco bell i went to the bathroom to do my business BUT when i entered the stall there was feces ON THE WALLS AND THE FLOOR i think it was completely and utterly wrong your trying to run a restaurant i get that but maybe check the bathroom for POOP before more customers arrive ALSO the what looked like to be a teenager was on her phone probably texting a tweet or something i don’t really know what kids nowadays do on there cellar devices but it was uncalled for yes i will be coming back but next time i hope there bathrooms are clean

i ain’t never leave a review before in my life until this day. why i gotta wait 30 minutes for the smallest steak i seen in my life. i done ordered that same thing ab 30 times before and they always double the size of the one yall served me. and it ain’t have but like 3 pieces of steak. and allat waiting just for people who came in after us to leave before we even got our food. yall gotta shut down the whole restaurant at that point. and then them employees gon be in the back laughin bout sum. ain’t nun to laugh bout bru lock in😭🤦

Never been disappointed with taco bell until I visited this one got to the drive thru window to order 2 baja blast and was told they weren't taking orders and would resume in 10 minutes so we went to Burger King right next door and watched them serve the next 3 customers not 45 seconds later as we waited in the BK drive through
Still one of the poorest Taco Bell’s in the area even with the remodel. Before the remodel, we stopped going because of the service and stuck with the mall Taco Bell. Food was always fresh, and my mobile orders (I have short lunches at work) were always ready. Don’t even bother with the mobile app. They won’t make your food till you arrive. One day they were pocketing off charging people for large drinks but only having medium available. They really are a joke. And the managers DO NOT CARE. Please save your gas and money and go to one that treats their customers like they’re of value. I shouldn’t have to stand at the counter for 15+ minutes for a coworker to even acknowledge me when they’re standing less than 5 feet from me on their phone texting

The staff is always super nice. Visit here regularly but the amount of stuff in the shells is becoming less and less. I paid 60 cents for sour cream and got a drop! Can I please have my other 40 cents of sour cream? All of our tacos had next to nothing in them.

Love taco bell but the fact that the .99 cent value meal now is like 2.50 is absolutely insane. Prices continue to go up and the portions seem to be shrinking. Sometimes depending on which taco bell you go to, there's barely anything between the shell. I almost always have horrible stomach pains after and then make my toilet look like Taco's opinion of an Iranian nuclear facility after operation Midnight Hammer.

I’ve been in this drive through line for 35 minutes and I’ve already paid for my order so I can’t leave. I eat here once a week and I’ve never had to wait this long before. They need to hire more people or something because this is ridiculous! The food is great and they always get my order right but who wants to wait half an hour in a drive through?

were only allowed to get stake cause they ran out of all other meats and STILL had to pay the extra fees the food also came out tasting bad and the cinnamon twists were stale, plus food came out cold like it was nuked in microwave.

Food was phenomenal and restaurant was clean. Staff was nice but food just took a while. We did walk-in vs drive thru so it could just be on me but again food was great 👍

After having a absolutly terrible experience this evening with drive thru at another Taco Bell store, I called this location simply for direction about how to remedy this issue. The manager took my call and was so polite, understanding, and sympathetic. She said she would be happy to remake our full order at no charge if I wanted to come there. It was so refreshing to be heard, cared for, & treated so nicely. I realize this manager/store had no obligation to do anything to help me, nor did I expect them to. Not only did she replace our order but added cinnamon twists on top. This is true customer service, above and beyond. What it did, it gained this location a customer for life! It's rare to even have customer service now, but this creates loyalty, and future customers because we will certainly be telling everyone we know about a place who truly cares about customer satisfaction with Taco Bell. Thank you for saving our evening.
