Every time I have visited this particular Bell, it has been clean, kind, and accurate. This is the ONLY Bell in the area I will go to. Thank you mid/evening shift, for once again, making my day delicous!

Walked out without receiving my order due to the ridiculous wait. Orders repeatedly coming back incorrect. Worst service of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Save yourself some money and aggravation and eat anywhere in the area but there.

No wonder this location has such a bad rating. I saw it and said to myself how bad could it be its just Taco Bell. First thing I ordered they were out of. Oh well I'll just get tacos. Ordered 3 regular taco supreme with a Dr. Pepper. I got to my hotel to realize I got only 2 Dorito taco supremes. Makes sense now. Order #265

I gave this Taco Bell 4 stars simply because the experience is a total surprise every time. Sometimes I go and service is fast and accurate. Other times it is slow and things are missing. A few times I have been and whether it is drive through or lobby, an order for 3 people can take upwards of 30 minutes sometimes. The employees are always nice and I get they are not able to help how much people ahead of me order, but there does seem to be a disconnect some days. The food is always really tasty, once it is handed out, and generally the order is right. Employees always ask for sauce, which is nice because I tend to forget to ask sometimes. If they could just get more consistent with wait times it would easily be a 5 star experience.
Dietary restrictions: There are several non beef options which is nice for those of us with alpha gal.
Store hours posted on site and online are incorrect they are not open at 9:15am, the opening hours posted both online and on site are 9am. What time do they actually open? Cause both the store and online show incorrect times.

The literal worst experience and worst wait EVERY single time I have to pick up food here. The entire staff besides the manager seems to be complete space heads. No actual quality control and orders are constantly messed up.
Just like the other Taco Bell in Paducah, this store also needs a Pepsi technician to look at the fountain machines. Doesn’t matter if you get a drink inside or thru the drive thru, the drinks have no carbonation and taste like pure syrup. The food was very good and the staff was friendly. Please fix the fountain machines.
