Taco John's is always a favorite. Great food, great service. I wasnt sure about the automated ordering menu when going thru the drive-thru but it actually was accurate i like that it read my order back to me. It was a little delayed when I got done ordering and it was reading my order back to me.

Wow waited in drive through for 20min just to tell me we can only take cash. People are so stupid. Also they have a computer taking order and they are still slow south side needs just to close doors I have never er had such bad service.

Went to get lunch today and the lady working the drive through had a terrible attitude. She didn’t even look at me when handing me my food. She also didn’t give me a straw and when I asked for sauce she just shook her head like she was annoyed. Got home with our food and we were missing five items. I usually have a great experience here but this time was different with people I’ve never seen before.
Gave 20 dollars to the drive thru guy he put in 10 on register gave me 2 $ back for a taco salad 18$ total. Called there directly told them i had my receipt and I wanted my 10 dollars they said they would call me back. That was the last I heard from them. My son works for them, we spend alotta cash at taco John's but not any more this will be our last trip to taco John's. 10$ Goin to cost you hundreds a month for ever.
