We had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse in Paducah we put our name on the waitlist app. It said 20 to 30;minutes. We were there in 15 minutes and we checked in. After 50 minutes we left. They would say someone didn’t check me in then they blamed it on the app, they were very rude. After 50 minutes they said 5 people were in front of us. So we left was not a good experience.

I’m still sitting in the parking lot waiting on a to go order that was to be ready at 8:15. You had to leave your email and a phone number when placing your order. If they are running this far behind you would think they could send a email or text to let you know. This is beyond ridiculous. When talking to the girl at the window her only response is “I don’t normally work in this area” It’s now 8:48 and we still don’t have our to go order. Not a happy customer at this point. Do better!

I places a To Go order as soon they opened, waited longer than the time i reserved for but I understand its a holiday so no big deal. The food was disappointing this time. Steaks were dry and tough,corn was way over seasoned and rolls weren't fresh. Hopefully next time it will be better.

It's Christmas Eve and the pick up window started off so bad. When your first customer waits 50 minutes for their food and I waited 30 minutes past the pickup time for my online order, something is going horribly wrong. The staff was stressed out and despite me asking for a manager, I never saw one. Management completely failed their staff, from the start today. The hamburger steaks were like charcoal, burnt very badly and despite ordering extra ranch, we were sent all blue cheese. If you're gonna take that long to cook food and prep salads, the very least you could do is make sure you got it right. It's irritating to wait that long for food, but it's infuriating when you can't even get the food right after making customers wait that long for it. Management should have stepped up for their staff at the to go window. Even standing outside we could here the employees yelling in the kitchen. It was awful, and we won't be back.

All in all Texas Roadhouse is good. food is great and servers are friendly. Front end staff could use some work. Greeters are lethargic if not down right rude. Bathrooms (mens at least) are disgusting. I have mentioned this to management, but it's like this every time we go. I come back because food is great, and service is good.

We had sirloin tips w/mashed potatoes, gravy, mushrooms & onions, with a salad and there bread with theur cinnamon butter. Absolutely delicious!
Always love TR but get the app and make reservations. They are always busy . You will wait for a table!!!

We took a friend of ours here for her birthday. We waited FOREVER for our drinks. We had to remind her to bring us rolls. Then we asked for regular butter BEFORE she got the rolls and we had to remind her twice about that. Our drinks ran out a few times. The food was really good though. The steaks were awesome and the appetizers were so good!! We got a bloomin onion and mozzarella sticks and they were so good!! I’m really sad about the service though. She was nice but definitely needs a lot more training.
