Kind of noisy, but the food makes up for it. Waitress was great. She has an awesome sence of humor.

2nd time we have eaten here recently. The 1st time we got as good of a ribeye as you could ask for. This time the ribeye was OK at best. It was about 1/8th of an inch thick. We both ordered medium rare and steaks were medium well. No pink at all. There was a terrible glare from a car coming through the window, we asked to be moved to the empty table behind us and was told no sever was available for that section! Really!! Our waiter literally had to walk by that table to serve us. Plenty of other steak options in town, but I suppose they don't care

We eat at Texas Roadhouse a lot while on the road working. I like it for the value and the consistency. Ordered a 16 oz sirloin. The steak that came out had a ton of fat on it. While trimming it and taking the first few bites, I realized it was a ribeye and not a sirloin. When getting the check, it was confirmed that the staff entered ribeye into the terminal rather than sirloin.
I like ribeye, but I tend to reserve that cut for a higher end steakhouse.
It was getting late, and I was tired so I just paid the bill and left. I just didn't have any energy left in me after a hard day.
It's still a good location, I appreciate the consistency and value of Texas Roadhouse. I was just have them read your order back before they enter it into the terminal.
Second visit 3/19.
I must have just have bad luck at this location. Decided to give it a second try while in town for work. I ordered the double pork chops, steamed veggies, and a salad. I asked for a side order of fries as an appetizer. Everything was going fine until the pork chops came out, no veggies. The server said the kitchen was finished them up and they would be right out. Finish the dinner, and still no veggies. I just said, "let's just consider the fries my second side, and take them off the bill." So it would effectively be I ordered the chops, and my two sides would be fries and the side salad. She said no problem and that the manager would adjust the check. I get the bill, I was charged $3.49 for the fries, but only had $2.99 taken off the bill. It's only 50 cents and not the end of the world, and it just seems like there's a lack of attention to detail at this location.
Dropped my rating from three stars, down to two after the second visit.

A few years ago I felt this place was slowly going downhill. Tonight the food was spot on! We even ordered kind of late on a Saturday night, the food was fresh and on time. Whatever turned this place around, great job! We will start coming back now.

I left a not so favorable review about a month ago. It was not a pleasant visit. BUT...... Today was great. A server named Laken restored my hope in Texas Roadhouse. She was terrific and the food was excellent. Just so everyone knows, the early dine 8.99 specials ARE good on Fridays just like the weekends. Monday thru Thursday until 6 and Friday thru Sunday till 3. Great deals!!
UPDATE MARCH 7 2025. Wow! The steak was cooked by a guy named Smitty, I think that's what they said his name was. It was one of the best steaks I've ever had. We've lived in the Chicago area for a while now, and this steak was better than a Michelin Star restaurant. The server, I think her name was Isabelle. She was fantastic. Very nice and very prompt. The guys that helped us pick out our steaks in the front really knew their stuff. It's probably the best visit my wife and I have ever had in any Texas Roadhouse ever. Good job and thank you.

Terrible! Came in for a wrestling tournament sat at the front for 40 minutes after we were told 5-15 minutes wait (put on text waitlist) went up to check on the table and they said yall are next. Waited 10 more minutes then left. We went down the street got a table and food. Still never received a text about our table being ready and they are about to close now. SMH! This is the worst experience I've ever had from a Texas Roadhouse!
Good food. Great service.
