I places a To Go order as soon they opened, waited longer than the time i reserved for but I understand its a holiday so no big deal. The food was disappointing this time. Steaks were dry and tough,corn was way over seasoned and rolls weren't fresh. Hopefully next time it will be better.
All in all Texas Roadhouse is good. food is great and servers are friendly. Front end staff could use some work. Greeters are lethargic if not down right rude. Bathrooms (mens at least) are disgusting. I have mentioned this to management, but it's like this every time we go. I come back because food is great, and service is good.
We took a friend of ours here for her birthday. We waited FOREVER for our drinks. We had to remind her to bring us rolls. Then we asked for regular butter BEFORE she got the rolls and we had to remind her twice about that. Our drinks ran out a few times. The food was really good though. The steaks were awesome and the appetizers were so good!! We got a bloomin onion and mozzarella sticks and they were so good!! I’m really sad about the service though. She was nice but...
