i have ate here several times over the past year. the food is always delicious and fresh. the theme of the store matches great with there name looking at all the memorabilia on there walls is an experience in its own. employees are nice and respectful. if your looking for a good bite in paducah i would definitely recommend them !

Started out super nice and responsive (And I know these guys are good people, I'm not saying they aren't). However, I placed an order, waited, order took forever, showed up cold. Fries were some limp greasy mess, burger was tough and flavorless. when looking around the restaurant seemed kinda grubby and had an unclean look and feel.
Should have went with Steak and Shack just around the corner; better service, better burgers and always clean.
Overall I was very very disappointed. These guys came very highly recommended from some colleagues and I was trying to keep business local. I get that stuff happens and people have family and lives and stuff they have to deal with, but dang. I don't think that burgers and fries are that hard to make.
I really don't ever give bad reviews, or reviews at all, but this seemed business as usual and needed being said. I wouldn't waste my time or money here on subpar food and service. Maybe it's time for this restaurant to die of natural causes. Just my opinion and experience.

We got the chef burger. It's supposed to be 3 patties on a hoagie roll with whatever toppings you want. The patties are a mix of beef and bacon, very tasty. The burger was good and it's not terribly expensive for what you get. The issue here is the service, the staff doesn't really know their menu and prices. The dining area is covered in pictures of service members, very fitting with their name.

We used to eat at the one in UC TN several years ago and the burgers and fresh cut fries were amazing!! Burgers were well worth the money and fry portion was also big. We had not been to one since then. Visited this store today and for a simple burger and fresh cut fries and two drinks we paid $30!!! On top of that the burgers are much smaller and fry portion is smaller and too much seasoning. Then you ask for a tip when paying?? I'm sorry, I tip when I am serviced at my table not when I have to do everything myself. On a good note the burger was actually good but not $30 for 2 people good. We were disappointed in portion size vs price so we will not be returning.

They let my daughter order a salad and they had NO FORKS. When we ask for a fork they got an attitude with my husband. I had to go to a neighboring restaurant to get my a fork to eat the food we just paid for.If that's not bad enough the lady that gave us attitude over the fork would not stop talking rude about us while we were trying to eat. Absolutely terrible experience, will not be coming back.

The food was okay. The fries and onion rings tasted like the oil was old. Hamburger with no cheese and they served it with cheese so I had to take it back. On the itemized list of receipt it shows 50 cents for the cheese but they said that's just included in the burger. I got to shake in the asked if I wanted whipped cream and a cherry. Then when I got the shake there was no cherry and they said they were out of cherries. Put on the itemized bill at 30 cents for the cherries but they said that was just for inventory management to know what used. I asked him how could they use something they didn't have? For two burgers onion rings fries and two chocolate shakes it was $35.00. the prices on the website how much lower than the prices of the store. The website that says 4.89 for a burger.
