I ate there last week for the first time and I loved it. I didn’t have high expectations with the place being inside the mall, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a Dirty Dog - footlong beef hot dog with chili and cheese - and it hit the spot! My husband got a Chief - beast of a burger - 3 patties, hoagie bun - he got grilled mushrooms and onions and that thing was HUGE! And get this….he burgers have bacon IN THE PATTY!! We both got their homemade fries, Station fries, and those were delicious. I got a a Mikey Mike’s blackberry lemonade to drink and he got a strawberry shake, neither one disappointed. They actually shake the lemonade right in front of you and throw it up in the air, it’s super cool. The place was busy, but none of the folks working seemed stressed or bothered by the level of business. My favorite thing was the look of the place. They had hundreds of pictures lining the walls of local first responders. I spent so much time checking out all the pictures and patches on the wall and I’m sure I didn’t even get to see all of them. The place definitely has a community Spirit and a family atmosphere. The husband and wife that run the place are adorable and seem to thoroughly enjoy working together, you can tell they definitely make it a fun place to work. We will be back every time we are in the area. This is one of Paducah’s best kept secrets and I highly recommend.

Had a great experience. Jessica took our order and explained the menu and options so thoroughly and well. The prices were affordable, the classic bacon station burger with cheddar was delicious, perfectly cooked and dressed, and we got the classic hand shaken lemonade half sweetened and it was some of the best lemonade I’ve had. Thanks for a great experience and honoring local heroes in this community! Would love to come again.

They’re dirty and wipe everything down with the same rags that touch the drink nozzles and lemonade machine. They will also serve moldy ice if the ice maker is moldy and they haven’t been able to clean it yet. Also won’t pay you if you try and report it

Food was just sitting on counter and waited about 15 minutes just to get it and when we got it it was cold. Fries soggy can’t even dip them in anything they are so soggy. Burger part was okay but the bacon in it wasn’t even cooked, I think they should take the bacon out and cook them separately. Some people don’t like crispy bacon but that doesn’t mean not cook it at all. Cheese sauce is way to expensive you get a quarter size cup but have to pay $1.10 over all experience for the first time ever trying and never coming back. Thankyou station burger but fix your stuff
Man, these burgers are legit. The bacon‑blend patties are crazy good—juicy and packed with flavor. The walls are covered in pictures of local heroes, firefighters and first responders, which is just cool to see while you’re eating.
The food was awesome, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Everybody there treated us like they were glad we came in. If you’re in Paducah, this is a must.

We went there and got food to go, while waiting a huge roach crawled across the floor. the employees food safety was awful, coughing and sneezing without covering face or washing hands. the burger was pink and fries were soggy. It was a mess. Will not return which is sad considering before it moved to mall it was good

My husband and I were doing a little shopping at Kentucky Oaks Mall yesterday and decided to try out The Station Burger — and we’re so glad we did!
Everything is made fresh to order and still came out in about 8–10 minutes. The staff was unbelievably friendly — seriously, some of the nicest folks we’ve met in a while!
We tried: - Crinkle fries (SO good!) - Onion rings (crispy and golden!) - Arson Burger with grilled jalapeños — my husband loved it and I stole a bite… DELICIOUS! - Lettuce wrap burger for me with tomato, pickles, and A1 sauce — simple but really hit the spot!
They have lots of sides to choose from like hand-cut fries, red skin fries, mozzarella sticks, and more. I love that they offer lettuce wraps too — great option if you’re gluten-free or just trying to keep it lighter.
The price was fair: $26 for two big burgers, fries, onion rings, and drinks. It’s maybe a little on the higher side for a mall meal, but absolutely worth it for the quality and freshness.
We’ll definitely be back! Fresh food, great service, and those fries? Next level.
