Online says they close at 9 but if you show up at 8 they won’t seat you!

Good is great. Service too. Food smell might bother some. Overall great experience
The worst Hibachi we have ever been to. The food was ok but they dont have sushi or yum yum sauce and they charge separately for everything. The Hibachi combos are $25 and up then rice is $5+ and salad another $5+. Then portion sizes are very small. We will never be back. Three people in our party ordered steak and chicken combos and they only brought out and cooked one (1) chicken breast for all three to share. Also the cook and waiter was informed one of our party had a shell fish allergy and needed her food kept separately from the any shrimp, turns out they didnt and shortly after on the way home she had an attack!

We usually come here for special occasions or date nights. For the price, you get tons of delicious food & a little bit of entertainment while your chef cooks up your meal.

Honestly, I would leave a 0 for service if I could. I came in with a party of 7 total. I arrived just behind my party as they were sat. They had just gotten their drink order of water in. As I sit down at the table “server” Natalie R, asked if I would be eating, respectfully, yes I will. She leaves the table, comes back to take my drink order in which she could’ve done when she asked me if I would be eating. At the time, I only wanted a water, she begins to take food orders and I politely ask her to come back around because I was not ready. After I order, I asked to hold onto the menu because I wanted to order a cocktail, and that was an issue for her. Everyone around me realized and said that it seemed illegal to keep the menu. By the time our chef comes out which is about 15 minutes, I still don’t have water, a plate, napkin, nothing. A huge thank you to chef Randall, he made sure I was taken care of in seconds, our food was amazing and he brought an amazing spirit to a group of girls who just wanted to celebrate their friend getting married. I’m a server myself, I try to understand situations like this but I can’t wrap my head around it. At minimum she got her 20% gratuity.

Great experience. The food was delicious and excellent service. The scallops were my favorite.
The service here is terrible. I spent almost $400, had 7 people, they put gratuity on our ticket. You would think since they are giving themselves an automatic $60 tip you would get decent service.
The people across from us who did not have to go e gratuity had amazing service. They got all the beer and drinks without asking for a waitress. She tended to their every need. Typically I tip around 150 at a restaurant like this because I know they do tip share.
I did not tip that much this time as a few of us had to go almost the entire meal without a drink.
Every time I would try to ask, she was to busy with the 4 people that I guess she assumed would tip her better.
Since I had my kids she must have thought I wasn't worth it, even though she already knew she was gonna get an automatic tip.
I love their food but the horrible service isn't worth it, I rather find another habachi.
If your going to charge me $60 gratuity, then I shouldn't have to find my waitress 3 times to get refills for my family. She would bring me a drink and just leave without asking anyone else if they needed anything.
I spent almost 400 dollars, she knew she was adding a 60 dollar tip for herself, yet she treated us like we were non tippers.
Normally I tip over 100, but screw this place, she helped out her friends the whole night and ignored us because she knew she was automatically giving herself a tip.

If you are used to a normal hibachi you won’t enjoy this place. They have the flat top and cook in front of you but charge for everything. Food is flavorful but the serving size is extremely lopsided some got 3 fork fulls of noodles some got half a plate. Same with steak smh was extremely disappointing.
Delicious Lobester & Salmon. Our Chef was outstanding for our group of 14 & so was our waitress!
We had the pleasure of be served by “The Frank” aka “Frankie”! Not only was our food fire 🔥 he gave us a show! Felt like a magic show/ wander land! He even did a volcano 🌋 andddd a water fall. He made sure everyone’s food was cooked to perfection! This man was the GOAT! He made our night and experience the best.
Our waitress, the sweet Natalie, made sure we were never in need of anything! This was my first time and she was so kind to help me figure out what to order. I sure appreciate her kindness and hard work.
Definitely a dinner I will never forget! It was amazing.
We just moved here from out of state and we went to eat and looked at the menus, holy cow is hibachi over priced here. They really need more competition here. I've been to so many places and I've never seen it so high. Get ready to spend 100 or more on your food.
What has happened with the shrimp? They used to be big and plump…tonight they were popcorn sized. 7 popcorn shrimp and 3 scallops, $25.75?? No, thank you. We used to love the food, but we will NOT be back!! Pitiful. From now on, we will drive to Shogun in Murray.
