I ordered from the tropical smoothie app and did not receive my correct order. It was not ordered through DoorDash. I’ve contacted the company and they are not going to deliver my original order. I think that is very poor customer service.
‼️ 💢follow up. I received a call from the corporate office and they have made the delivery. I am happy. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to push the local chain so much. They initially told me sorry they couldn’t do anything. I keep insisting and they finally agreed to go higher. End the end it worked out but it shouldn’t have been so difficult.
