I used to live in Paducah for about 3 years back from 2016-2019 and I knew the owner of this place and he wasn't super nice but the food and smoothies were IMMACULATE. Unfortunately now, the remodel is less inviting, the menu is smaller, the smoothies are terrible, and the service is not accommodating or welcoming in the least bit. I used to be obsessed with this place but I'm sad I won't be going back.

Mom and I are here today. She got the Tropical bowl and I got the Chipotle Flat Bread. Both were delicious. Staff is friendly and place was clean. Very good dining experience. Of course we will be back. Love the Detox Island Green Smoothie!
