I ordered the cheese steak one and my son ordered the chicken. I asked for mushrooms before I did onion and the waitress didn't hear me say mushrooms supposedly. Seemed like she was more worried about sitting down. Then the whole crew working had a little argument or dispute over who needed what for 15 to 20 minutes instead of doing much cooking. Worst service I have had here ever.

Sadly this was the first negative experience I had at this location. My wife and I have always enjoyed dining here before. I stopped to order food to go, the all star platter for my wife and the sausage grits bowl for my self. I also ordered a side order of bacon and toast. Unfortunately when I checked out my order of toast was forgotten and the waitress had to make it for me, plus my bacon was not limp as i ordered. When I returned home the waffle for my wife's platter was also not in the bag. I tried calling into the diner but all I got was a message of they don't take orders over the phone. That was a poor response to not be able to get a hold of someone plus a main part of our entree missing. I also tipped all 3 employees working and thanked them for working during the snowstorm, which is why this was a little more frustrating

Overall food came fast.Had to ask for a second coffee and glass of water.gave me the last of the pot about half a cup had to reask for a refill on water.
Most of the tables had dirty dishes on them as well as the ones that didn’t had not been cleaned, this made 3 times it was like that, I’m done. Cheese burger was awful as well as my hash browns wasn’t right. Had unsweet tea to start they did refill with sweet tea. I didn’t say anything or leave a tip because I won’t be back

Terrible service, order repeated three times and still came out absolutely wrong. Waited to be seated as there were plenty of open booths, but they needed to be cleared off and cleaned. Finally, a sweet older lady who was feeding her husband came to us and said, " You have to sit at a table, and then they will clean it and take our order." She repeated this process (as she fed her husband) to every customer that came in after us. So, it was a very terrible service besides the sweet older lady taking care of her husband.
