My dad wanted their new Tendys so i ordered ahead. Sat behind a truck for five or 8 minutes then checked in at speaker. Gave my drinks and pulled me up behind that truck. they and 2 others left before i got my food. Sat around 15 minutes after check-in for 2 combos. Our food was fresh so that was nice. My sandwich was wrong. They were not busy. What is the point of ordering ahead if i still have to wait so long for food that isn't even accurate?

Went to Wendy's on Irving Cobb drive last night at 8pm and the lobby doors were locked and one of the team members came to the door and said they was closed and I needed to go through drive thru but I didn't have a car. They didn't have any signs saying that they were closed. I looked at the times of operation and the time said lobby closed at 10:00pm I don't know what is going on with the store but until it is taken care of I will not be coming back to the store for a while now. The team member that approached me at the door was very rude and disrespectful and needs to be retrained on proper customer service.
