So they immediately adk if you want to TRY the new chicken stripe. But you have to literally spend almost $6 for an order of 3 and you're not allowed to purchase just one. They'd rather lose that sale. Guess the $30 for Biggie Bags was all they needed from me. I gave atmosphere and service both a score of 1 star because we preplacedl the order. I spoke to 3 different DT attendants and the last guy literally mocked me when I politely said thank you that'll be all. 5 Biggie Bags and 5 of the 5 fries were no where near hot. They replaced after the girl with long black hair and striped jacket just rolled her eyes and i swear didnt stop talking to her coworkers one bit the whole time we were in drive thru which by the way from speaker to window to leave took 19 minutes. on a preplaced order after i asked for a drink carrier 3 different times. Who wants to travel 5 miles.home to.sit down and family eat and it be cold or luke warm at its best. This is why I stick to Southside Wendy's for sure. Always hot always friendly even right at closing time....oh@ and out of chilling after I stated we were missing it from the order. He did refund it. So by the end we went from a 3 star to 1.😒

Only people inside at this location at 700 pm. Drive through also not busy. Took 20 minutes to get order of one salad, tenders and fries. Salad half rotten. Took another 10 minutes to get tenders and fries.
Person that took order entered wrong then just left behind the counter walking around. Another man never off his phone entire time finished. Entire time he was complaining about how they can’t hire and People don’t want to work??? Unreal

I stopped by this Wendy's on the way through town. The staff was friendly. The food was good. The drink machine was out of a few different flavors I would have liked to try. The bathroom was tidy, but the sink was a little explosive with the water and you had to be careful you didnt get a wet shirt while washing your hands.

Two of my sons wanted to eat at this Wendy's so we went there and order a Baconator combo, 2 orders of bacon atop fries and drinks . I went to make our drinks and ever drink i made was flat . While i was waiting 20 minutes for our food , I could hear the workers in the back saying the F word . Then I heard another work sneeze several times and then blow their nose and another worker yelling you got Covid ! At this point, I decided to ask for my money back and the manager comes out wearing a Tank top and I saw him making food before he came out and gave me my money back . I like Wendy's but will never eat at this location again.

By far the best Wendy's I've ever been to in all my years, I only wish I could be treated with as much courtesy and respect at every Wendy's as this one. Management was very helpful and restaurant is very well run.

This Wendy's is really going downhill. Half of the time the food is cold. With the prices and wait time I would rather have fresh hot food. The employees are always nice though. I just want the correct order and for my food to be hot.

Just don't waste your time or your money. Especially during the evening/nighttime hours. Absolutely tragic and a joke of a business. Where is management? Definitely have a problem when your employees are spending more time outside your restaurant than inside. Placed an order for pick up and waited 40 minutes while everyone was joking and messing around.

Went last night with my kids through the drive thru… didn’t realize until we got home that they didn’t put an entire meal in the bag. I called them to let them know I was coming back. When I went back through the Drive Thru to get my food the employees didn’t apologize or provide any sort of customer service, there was no response. No communication. It made me feel like I was in the wrong for coming back to get the food. For a second I almost forgot that I PAID* for it. Not to mention when I got home, the nuggets were mixed (regular and spicy).. when I ordered a regular haha. I would’ve went back to the drive thru, but it’s literally no point. The food was not great. Cold fries, wet nuggets. I mean… do better lol.

Used the drive through with online ordering at night. The cherry fanta I ordered became a grape fanta, no napkins were included, and no spoon for the chili. Discovered all this down the road. Guess that's on me for thinking they'd get it right. They were pretty unfriendly to boot.
