Went ~11am got lunch. It was fast and fresh. Delicious double cheeseburger, fries were hot and crispy. Didn’t have a kids meal toy- but offered free frosty instead! Had great service from the cashier - Tanashia (very considerate)

Normally, I don’t mind if the wait time gets over on DoorDash pick ups, but whenever it was pointed out to the manager that the Dasher was there she said it don’t matter they can wait really rude! After that, she wanted to sit there, and still not even start the order took care of in store customers before, and forgetting that the person who ordered was just as much as a customer! I waited for over 25 minutes. This manager sees no importance of dashers totally disregarding the fact that who ordered is a customer too!

A lot of these establishments are hit or miss. It basically boils down to timing you want to go during their most staffed time of day, which is before 1 pm. The food was so so the staff were nice it did take a while to get the food.

This location is terrible. I always do mobile orders. The first time I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and had to end up going inside and the order was still not ready. 2nd bad experience was that I had ordered through mobile, picked carry-out 30 min ahead of time. Went to pick it up and still had not even been made. Thought I would give them one more chance. Ordered 20 minutes ahead of time. Went in to pick up my order and they did not even know that the order had been sent. Two other people were in line still waiting on their food. I waited another 15 minutes for them to get my order. This is awful. I'm completely done with this location. Sad.
