I ordered a 75pcs family meal and asked for bone in well I go get my ordered and get home and they are all boneless so I call up there and the lady made it seem like it was my fault that my order was wrong I’ve never once had this problem before or even had the employee make it seem like it was my fault that’s insane and I’m very disappointed!!!!

This place was insanely busy tonight, but the whole team worked together so well and kept things moving. I’ve never seen a staff hustle like this. Management should be really proud. Special shout-out to Sarah at the counter—she handled the chaos like a pro and is clearly a natural leader. Such a great experience even during the New Year’s Eve rush.

Seating was weird, had to share a table with a couple so we could seat 3. Service was great, it's hard to find that anywhere anymore. The girl at the counter was patient and friendly. She got a sample for my daughter to try of a flavor and explained the menu and all to us. She told us we didn't have to clean up after ourselves while we picked up our stuff on the table. It took about 17 minutes to get our food because they probably had 25 door dash? Orders going out while we were there. I will be back.

First time to eat there today. First one in the door at 11 am. Lady who took our order was not friendly not rude. Just starring at us waiting on the order propped up. Could barely hear her. Drink machine... I was the first one to use it today. Covered in dried orange drink. Obviously not cleaned since day before. Tables seemed clean. Food hot and delicious. Took maybe 8 minutes s for food to come out. Bathrooms not very clean. First one to use today at 11am. Sink appeared to have dried Blood on it, something red. Will post food pic.
