I rarely order these when I’m on the road because if they’re not well done like I requested, I literally can’t stomach them. I made mistake of ordering online. If you want them cooked, you gotta be there in person to tell theM.

Seating was weird, had to share a table with a couple so we could seat 3. Service was great, it's hard to find that anywhere anymore. The girl at the counter was patient and friendly. She got a sample for my daughter to try of a flavor and explained the menu and all to us. She told us we didn't have to clean up after ourselves while we picked up our stuff on the table. It took about 17 minutes to get our food because they probably had 25 door dash? Orders going out while we were there. I will be back.

First time to eat there today. First one in the door at 11 am. Lady who took our order was not friendly not rude. Just starring at us waiting on the order propped up. Could barely hear her. Drink machine... I was the first one to use it today. Covered in dried orange drink. Obviously not cleaned since day before. Tables seemed clean. Food hot and delicious. Took maybe 8 minutes s for food to come out. Bathrooms not very clean. First one to use today at 11am. Sink appeared to have dried Blood on it, something red. Will post food pic.
I have been to this wing stop more than once. After multiple visits I have the same conclusion the food is pretty good but the customer service is terrible! Terrible the employee need to be retrained and someone needs to explain the meaning of customer service. Everyone’s time is valuable and should be treated as such. I called in an order that should have been ready at 1:22 at 1:49 I am still awaiting my order. No one seems to care! I will be taking my business elsewhere

It’s beyond time for Wingstop to relocate and hire some more workers they are tired and need a better work environment. The food was cold as always the fires were not extra seasoned like I requested.
