Itâs beyond time for Wingstop to relocate and hire some more workers they are tired and need a better work environment. The food was cold as always the fires were not extra seasoned like I requested.

Every time we call in an order to go, they are very very rude. Itâs like they get mad that theyâre taking a to go order. I called an order in today 1/7/25 and she was rude and in a hurry. The last time we ordered I was put on hold and I could hear them talking and fussing about everyone, including myself. They then realized that the phone was still on and laughed and hung up. Then I got berated because it was near shift change when I called back. If this is the best that wingstop can do, then this may be the last order we do here. If any of the managers read, this then know that your service is awful and it was so much better a year ago. I am in the process of contacting the corporate office. This is strictly the Paducah, KY. location.

In my opinion the store has good potential. The issue at this store directly reflects the management. Every time I have to come to this store it's always a long wait time to pick up my order. It's very aggravating to see employees that have time to dance and play on their phones but act like it's a burden when a customer is asking about their order. The night manager is very rude.

Worst wings I've ever had, seriously dominoes is better. The fries were soggy and limp also, and seasoned? With what air? No flavor on anything. I literally just tossed it out my car door. Won't be spending $11 for lunch here again.
Ordered a bundle but two were extremely salty and the tenders soggy with sauce. The fries were old fries that fried again. Unacceptable and will not be going back.

Donât get me wrong food is great and I thank the employees for working so hard. But I think the food chain needs to reconsider incorporating door dash into their contract agreement. Staff seem to prioritize the door dash orders and not the customers that order directly. Itâs hard to even rate the atmosphere of the restaurant when it is so empty because there is a â50 minute waitâ (due to online order being backed up). If the restaurant had more customers dinning in then more of the staff would be receiving tips and receiving fair earns. What is going on now only will increase rapid burn out.

Ordering online at 5:15pm to be ready 6:45pm, but the food was not ready at allotted time all the while we are seeing door dash after door dash person and order walking in and out. Moreover, dine-in appeared also largely abandoned as customers were being informed it would be a 50 minute wait. Seems like theyâre biting off more than they can chew with takeout and doordash side of business.

When you walk in to see only 2 other customers and hear, thereâs a 45 minute wait, that really makes your blood boil. Fully staffed but you canât serve the public in a timely manner? Some of the cashiers donât hide the fact they donât want to be there. Iâve been in there elbow to elbow with customers and no ridiculous wait time. I work in customer service and know when to bite my tongue. Itâs part of being an adult that knows you have to go to work to make a living.
