Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It is so cold in this place. They have the air on and fans on high. Food cold before you get to eat it. Totally unnecessary. Won't be back service is slow, one person working.1

Zaxby’s is best in the world at screwing up orders. They just screwed mine up, and it’s not the first time. (P.S. I’m here 5 days later and they are slower than Christmas).

They didn’t give me all 6 tenders they gave me 3 tenders and then gave my child 2 tenders when I paid for 3! Never got a refund and the workers were rude as hell!!! Worst service!

Woman's Restroom was out of towels. .
Food was not impressive at all. Bojangles is much better.
They forgot my grilled chicken sandwich. Had to ask for it. Then forgot the sauce.
Wrap was bland.
Texas toast tasted old.
Salad was the best thing but just average.

Peach tea was old, nasty and oddly thick with things floating in it. They are going to get someone very sick serving that.

It would have been nice to know the lobby was closed. The drive through was slow. Food was fine. Value was fine. The woman in the drive through was kind.

I placed a curbside pickup order through the Zaxby’s app and parked in the clearly marked Spot #1 for curbside. After waiting nearly 20 minutes with no food, I went inside to check on the order. It took several minutes just to be acknowledged, and when I finally spoke with someone, I was told I had been in the “wrong spot” — even though I was exactly where the app instructed me to be.

The staff showed no urgency or apology, and the person at the front counter was noticeably rude. When I asked about the lack of communication or effort to bring the food out, I was handed my order without a word — and it was cold, clearly having sat out for a while. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

They gave me a cherry even though I said no and when I said that I didn't want it and the woman just threw it in the trash.. What if I were allergic to cherries

Just AVOID this restaurant.

They asked me if I wanted the new Asian salad “with the vegetable egg roll” before they even greeted me….. so I said yes. Omg the mistake I made.

Logic told me if a restaurant is gonna ask you to try something they are gonna make it great! Hell no. This salad is green lettuce and a chicken strip cut up. With a burned-ass eggroll that tastes two days old. Almost $14 for lettuce and a chicken strip.

I was also told the receipt was in the bag. It wasn’t. And neither were ANY napkins.

Ordered traditional wings and received boneless. On the road driving cross country and didn't notice this until we had already got back on the road. Fries were cold and the boneless chicken, which were basically cafeteria chicken nuggets, were soggy and cold as well. When ordering a soda with the meal, we were told the soda would be flat as they were "out of carbonation". First and last time at a Zaxby's. We will pass and go elsewhere in the future.

Only complete is the music is way too loud in the dining room! My father that's in his 70s has hearing aids and even taking them out, he was still uncomfortable with how loud the music was....

Rarely, do I enjoy a fast food meal as much as I did this one. The chicken was crunchy yet moist and the dipping sauce was excellent. The service was great, fast and polite. All the workers seemed happy. My son and I were out doing errands and decided to try Zaxbys. We will definitely be back and would recommend to friends.
